Just purchased a home and needed the roof to be replaced. Arcon was reccommended by a friend and I cannot say enough good things about them. They did an awesome job on my tile roof and replaced all termite damaged wood like I asked. They charged exactly what they quoted from the beginning and nothing extra. The girl that works in the office answering the phones is awesome and extremely helpful. I highly recommend arcon for all your roofing needs.

It should be noted that I will only write a review for one of two reasons; I've either experienced amazing service or I've experienced horrible service. The reason I'm writing this review is due to the amazing service provided by Arcon Roofing over a 4-year period of time.
In August of 2013 Arcon installed a new flat white tile roof on my house as well as a re-roof of the flat roof portion of my house. In 2016 I experienced 2 seperate leaks in the valleys of the tiled roof. Within days on filing the warranty claim Arcon techs responded to my house and made the repairs free of charge.

I was hesitant at first to sign up with them due to the great price they were giving me. I did end up signing up with them because they came recommended by a friend who had already had four house roofs done by them. I must say they were great in pricing , did not charge for any extras, they were very good in cleaning up the debris created, and they took care of all permits. The work was done in reasonable time and they were very willing to work with me and were prompt to provide all licensing forms. I know that sometimes there may be glitches for some people but overall my personal experience was

Found this company on the NextDoor App and decided to give them a call. Our roof had been leaking in various spots throughout our great room. Apparently the previous work we had done was not done properly. John came by to do the estimate which was thought out and clearly explained in writing 24-48 hours later. He gave us two options - to repair or fully replaced with a guarantee on the work either way. He seemed like an honest, good guy so we moved forward with the repair. Extra points for being sweet to our Miniature Schnauazer. Should we decide to replace the roof in a few years we will definitely

I used Arcon Roofing for two of our other properties and called them after Hurricane Irma to help with our new home. Mike, one of the men who comes to give pricing, wrote up a contract and we agreed.
Little did I know he was taking complete advantage of our trust. It took almost a month for someone to come out to actually do the work from the time we submitted the contract. Not only did we have to wait a month, once they started the small repairs it took several phone calls for them to come and complete the job. My roof was left exposed for several weeks.

Arcon was referred to me by two friends who used them for their roof replacement. I would highly recommend Arcon. I got quotes from 4-5 different companies, but John was the only one who noticed I had T&G wood instead of plywood. He was also the most professional contractor that came to my house. The replaced my old roof on my house built in 1940 with no issues, and passed all inspections with no issues. I would highly recommend Arcon for any roofing job. Thanks guys!!

I shopped for a new roof and interviewed 5 companies. By far they were not the most expensive nor the cheapest but offered service and were very very understanding. They delivered not only a beautiful tile roof but also service like i never saw. When they said they would be here they were on time every time, when I had some follow up work to be done years later they came, addressed the issue and said thank you!! Highly recommend!!
