I highly recommend this company.
Out of the six companies we called for an estimate, their sales representative was the only one that took the time to explain everything, show us different options of tiles and detailed explained the pros and cons of each. He was available at all times and guided us through the process with ease.
The delivery of materials and arrival of the crew were perfectly on time, all the people that worked here were professional, kind, courteous and very respectful. When they finished everything was so clean that it didn’t seem like they had been there.

After asking for different quotes, I decided to stay with this company since they were the only ones who answered all my questions in an honest way. Not only that, but when I finished I asked them for an extension in the payment and they very kindly agreed to it. I don't usually write reviews since they usually ask you to do it, however this time I was the one who asked them where I could do it. I recommend them 100%

We used Bentley to put a new roof on our house. The project was completed on time and with no surprises. About 4 years later we had a small leak. We contacted Bentley on Monday and they were here Tuesday morning. The small repair (basically a tiny amount of water was dripping by one of the roofing nails) was completed by lunch Tuesday and was covered under warranty. They were prompt and professional. Would highly recommend.

On January 6th, Bentley installed a new roof on our house. The crew was told to not to throw any roofing debris at the AC condensers on the side of our house. They assured us there would be no issues. I was home that day, which they were not aware of. At one point I could hear roofing debris hitting our AC condenser. I took photos of the debris on the condenser, along with the large pile of debris on the ground directly below the condenser, and sent them to my boyfriend. He immediately reached out to the project manager, who said someone would stop by check on the crew. However the damage

First let me say that the quality of Bentley roofing's work is unmatched when they finally get around to doing the work. Spoke to soon. Insurance company came out yesterday and now have black mold in my garage due to Bentley roofing taking almost 8 weeks to put a roof on my house after removing the old roof. They are now claiming zero responsibility. Be advised. In addition they didn't even finish sheathing the roof over my garage.

Someone needs to have a training on customer service here ASAP. I asked for a rough estimate for a roof replacement on a home I will be occupying in a few months, and she wouldn't even care to talk to me now because this was not a work that was going to be done right away. Wouldn't let me explain what i was looking at this point. Anyway I know for sure who I WONT be hiring for this job.

This company repaired my neighbors roof and left a mess in my yard. When they were done, I found scraps of shingles in my lawn, in my garden and numerous nails through out my lawn. I can't say whether they did a nice job on the roof or not, but the customer service and respect towards neighbors was horrible. I would not recommend.

Asked 4 times to put a tarp on my roof, never did, and gave me an excuse on why they couldn't. Put up 2 myself, then when they took off my tiles they threw my own traps out.

Broke my giant pot in front of house.
Busted A/c line and refused to pay. Required by law to give insurance information. Gave the name and policy but Was told to google the rest

Got a contract and paid $1,000 to Bentley Roofing 1/3. Roof completed 10/13. Yup. Took longer to get a roof than to have a baby. In March, I went to the city and learned the permit was not applied for. I got and paid for my own permit. Then I posted myself in Bentley's Banks Road office and refused to leave until I got a for certain start date. That said, hard-working crew did a very good job. Today, October 16, no apologies from the manager who pointed out there was no completion date in the contract. Wish management was as responsible as the crew -- which was punctual, polite and skilled

Signed up and contracted Bentley on October 2017. In short, to date they have not completed the job. Initially they sounded professionals and depicted an impecable honest and responsible people image, but that has been proven false. The tiles are sitting on our roof and we're hoping a hurricane don't come to blow them off. The white sheets of materials used to seal the roof has already been exposed to the environment for so long way past due their allowed time for deterioration they may need to start from scratch. I definitely do not recommend this company and think this will end up

I can't believe the prior review. I have had many homes over the years (7) and as a result many required repairs as well. I must say that my experience with Bentley Roffing to date has been the most professional and smooth transaction I have ever experienced. The initial contact, inspection appointment amd actual roof repair went well. However, this was over a month ago - I have spent this time (since the initial repair) trying to get in touch with them & having someone come out to reinspect the repairs as we feel some parts are questionable. It would probably be easier to get God out here to do it. We have made 2 appointments - the first, they showed up late (we did wait but eventually had to go to work) and this afternoon was supposed to be our second attempt. I have been waiting for an hout now and left 3 messages with their call center.
