They walked us through every step of the way guiding us on what we have heard and what we actually need. They came to do a job on my roof, later I found out they made a big mistake and told them about it, they agreed to fix it but not the right way... other licensed contractors agreed with me that the job was not correct and his proposed solution was not correct... but they continued to downplay the situation, totally ignored the opinions of the other 3 contractors, and would not take care of the problem the way it needed to be fixed. We did not want them to put a bandaid on a big problem and then cost me thousands of dollars to fix it myself afterwards since it was their fault they installed it wrong

Extremely satisfied. Tim kept in touch with scheduling, material delivery and installation. Everyone was polite, organized and efficient. Tim was on the roof routinely checking on progress. I had a metal roof prior to this and demolition left metal and nails. The crew were very careful about cleanup and installation.
Finally, I have already recommended T Ryan to a friend and he is signed up to do his roof.

We had T Ryan install a new metal roof. I was extremely satisfied with everything they did. From the attention to detail, to the continual updates, to the personal touches to ensure that the job was done to our liking, T Ryan was wonderful. We asked 8 different roofing contractors for quotes and by far and away, T Ryan was the most affordable, the most professional and the most expeditious. They were an absolute pleasure to have on our property and I'm so happy we chose them. This is a capable company and the individual workers were good. Tim is knowledgeable but we were very disappointed in our project. We hired them for a new metal roof. There were multiple issues that came up and the communication and customer service was lacking. The project took much longer than expected as a result and we feel like we settled. An example of an issue was that the skylights they were going to to install were not the proper size to our holes. Tim blamed our holes and old skylights as being "custom" which may be the case but the roofing company should investigate that and measure

T Ryan Contracting just finished a new metal roof on my house and I couldn't be happier with the great job they did! The crew worked extremely efficiently even with some rain delays, and still finished when promised. Ron the supervisor always is constantly checking on the workers and picking up behind them so there was no mess left behind, and always quick to answer your calls with questions along the way.. The quote was the most reasonable one I received and the result is stunning! This company is a class act and without a doubt of of THE BEST I have ever used in all the remodeling I have done

The roof was properly installed, but to install it they had to remove some of the gutters and by doing that they damage basically every hole in the gutters so much that the gutters have had to replace. They claimed that the gutters were old and refuse to even contribute to the cost. Very unprofessional and rude person communicated to me via text.
