I can't begin to describe how unprofessional this organization is. They were recommended by a neighbor and seemed to have fair pricing. As the job went on things just got worse. The laborers got too lazy to move the roof debris down to the dumpster on my driveway and determined to put an additional dumpster on my front yard without my consent or knowledge. They blew a hole through my yard rupturing an old septic tank. At the end of the job I had held back 10% deposit and wanted the ladders, the debris, roofing materials that were extraneous removed from our lawn, in addition to the hole theyy

This started out as a nightmare project because of certain shady characters, however once John Morton got involved the process was done efficiently and to the quality that was expected. I thank John for making it right and following up with me when I was selling my house and my buyers wanted small changes made, John honored the warranty and sent guys out to meet my buyers expectations! I'd recommend Morton Roofing for any project

This doesn't look very good for this business, parking between two handicapped parking spaces (in the area for handicapped van access).

I had Morton do my roof 3 years ago. Seemed to do a nice job in a timely manner. Last month i notice a hole in one of the roofing tiles - no idea how that occurred. I called up John (owner i think) and he sent out his guys who replaced the tile, as well as a couple others. The kicker... he did it for NO CHARGE. That's great service!!!!!

Stay away!!!! I hired Morton to re-roof my house only to learn half way through that they SUBCONTRACTED the entire job to another roofing company!!!!!! And here is the kicker---Morton never paid the sub-contractor so I received a lien notice. I learned this is customary practice for him and he still hasn't paid!! What type of roofing contractor hires another roofing contractor to do his work?
He couldn't pay the tile supplier and asked me to pay directly. I did and learned that Morton has no credit and owes them money so they won't deliver tile unless it is paid in advance.

Morton Roofing was the "go to" roofer in 2009 when I had my roof installed. Today, 8 years later they honored my warranty and returned to fix a couple of nails that had popped up and replace a shingle that had been pierced by a bullet.
John Morton III was extremely responsive. His office staff was courteous and he responded both by email and with a phone call. His repair crew was on the job the next day. I can now sell my home knowing it will pass a roofing inspection.

We need a new roof and decided to get quotes from 3 contractors. This company was highly rated on Angie's list so we made an appt for a quote. On the day of the appt we received a call their truck broke down and they needed to reschedule for the next day. The next day came and went without anyone showing up. The day after we called and spoke with a supervisor who said their estimator had problems and had not been able to come. We expressed our frustration and requested to speak with the owner. We were assured of a return call before the day ended. Never happened. I called the following day

The absolute WORST experience I've had as homeowner was with Morton Roofing. They came highly recommended, but they totally dropped he ball with our roof. It took over. 2 MONTHS to complete and 4 months after we paid them, we find out the final permit had NOT been passed. Trying to get problem corrected now, but they've been inattentive and dismissive about and basically giving me the run around. Utterly disappointed. Do not recommend. At all.

Just had my house re-roofed by Morton Roofing and they did a great job and were very attentive to details and customer service, which unfortunately is rare nowadays, but they really seem to care about the customer and followed thru on making sure I was happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend them.
