I don't usually make time for reviews but I will for these guys! Jose was wonderful to work with- very communicative and executed the work promptly and professionally.
I would've done 4.5 stars because the job was a bit more expensive then competitor quotes... but in the end you get what you pay for and their work was top notch.

The Cons:
The crew came to repair two areas. I walked out to take a look at the first section they finished working on I saw a hole in the wall. (Pic below) When I asked the lead crew guy he said he accidentally made the hole and patched it with some putty but that he didn’t have any concrete to properly patch it. He said he would come back and patch up the hole. He never did. A week later the estimator came to assess the work of the crew. I told him about the hole, he didn’t know about it. He assured me he would have someone come to fix it. We spoke by phone a bit later and the estimator

Continuous rescheduling with empty promises from the site manager. Incomplete and faulty work from workers. Who uses red cement on a grey cement roof? Obviously what ever was left in the back of the truck. Incomplete follow through from the project manager. Horrible company to deal with as you can see.

Jose and his crew at Roof Recovery did a great job with our new roof. I went with them because I had some special requests aside from the roof that needed attention and Jose seemed to get more involved in understanding the whole scope of the project. Despite the record heat and sporadic torrential rain, they managed to complete the project in a timely manner and tied up the loose ends at the end. They were pleasant to work with and I would recommend them.

Jose was in charge of my job. I'm very picky, & asked many questions. They did both the low-slope shingled part of my roof, & the tapered insulation flat roof. Did a terrific job on both. Very Pleased. Have had several storms since they finished, no problems. They've been great. Due to the polite persistence of Jorge, I approved their bid. They pulled the permit, & i updated this review at the end.☆☆☆☆☆ Here's the bottom line, they did a GREAT job for a reasonable price.
