The online store was easy to use and reference substitute parts for my 20 year old hot tub. They provided tracking numbers when they shipped the order and it arrived in a timely fashion about 1 week from placing the order. I ordered 2 different circulation pumps and when the parts arrived it didn't look exactly right. I emailed to clarify my order with them and they were very responsive and helpful in explaining the order. They actually sent a slightly higher end pump than the one I ordered as the one I chose was not in stock and at no additional charge. I will definitely continue to use

Should have looked at the Yelp reviews before shopping there. Awful experience. No confirmation email after ordering, tried to call three days later to confirm order, voice mail only, no contact name. Sent email to inquire about status, response was to send pictures so they can confirm I ordered the correct part. Yes, I had made sure of that and would have expected that they contact me if they had questions holding up the order. Took the requested pictures of the old unit and sent them immediately. Again, no response. Inquired the next day about status, received a snooty email that they were waiting

We purchased a replacement heater element for Sundance spa 680 series and it arrived bent and cracked. See picture. It did not work and we ended up having to purchase a new one and have it installed by a spa company. Due to freezing conditions here in Denver we did not want to wait any longer. I contacted the company via email (no phone contact available) to see if I could get a refund or a replacement as I could maybe sell it on craigslist or something and the response I recieved was snarky. I am not confident I would get any money back after I pay for shipping/handling/re-stocking fee. Is it

Bought circ pump and 2 speed pump for my optima 880 Sundance tub circ pump went 2 months after warranty ran out.texted 3 times for an answer no reply I want to order single speed pump and blower motor ,probably not after the ignorance that there showing towards a customer .the only thing they did right was ship it out and take my money.dont understand it's just a simple text back about they sold me a pump that was bad .my other one lasted 16 years ,not to mention I had to get all the water out of the tub cause it's cold in buffalo and there was 8 inches of snow, I didn't need

Bought a spa motor from them. Shortly after installing it it quit working. I called them and they said it can't be the motor and if I sent it back that I would have to pay shipping both ways if they found it working. I took the motor and had it checked out and they said it was bad. I sent it back double boxed it and wrapped it as good as I could. They sent me and email and said it came in damaged. I would have to file a claim with the carrier. A little to convenient for me. I will never do business with them and would not recommend them.

Avoid this company. Now I know why they don't allow walk ins even though I'm less than an hour away. I purchased a spa pump one year ago and it just failed, two days past the warranty period of WHEN THEY SHIPPED IT..... I actually had it in my possession less than a year and they wouldn't budge even though it was in their power to honor it. Found the same pump for a hundred dollars less from a company that I have worked with before.

I have been purchasing from them for years now and have always been very happy. I recently purchased a circulation pump for my Sundance and the website clearly stated it was a substitute and would work fine. I asked if I could get confirmation on shipping which they provided. I was very pleased to get it in two days and to see it was exactly as described. Shut off power, bought couple corks, removed the old pump and used the corks to plug the water lines. Installed the new one without any issues. Highly recommended these guys. I have only used their web store.

Since a local retail pool supply company found and suggested Spa and Pool Source for a broken spa jet I thought I would call first to see what type of phone support they had first. Unfortunately I didn't get a return call as referenced by the other posts listed here. Although, they were $4 less total price after shipping. So I took a chance and ordered the part anyway. My replacement jet shipped out the next day and I received it the day after that as listed and described. I installed it today and it works fine.

Purchased a replacement spa pump from them that made noise from initial install, they were unhelpful, advised me to wait to see if the problem resolved itself. It didn't, pump has now failed completely - but because I didn't return it before (strongly discouraged, they would charge me "diagnostic fee" and simply ship it back to me) they will not accept it back even though it's within a year of purchase. Needed a pump with wet end for an older Sundance spa. The tech recommended the latest Aqua Flo replacement pump with the newest wet end. This wet end (no model number) did not fit the plumbing alignment.
If they had put a little bit of thought into their answer, they would have found that they sell the actual pump/wet end (XP2e) that fits.
They wouldn't replace the wet end. Instead, they recommended digging out the insulation and moving the pipes to make them fit!
Good prices and quick delivery but do not trust their tech advice.

Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable! They clearly don't care about their customers and I will never do business with them again. If you don't believe me and others, ready their ridiculous return policies. Think those are customer-centric? Clearly not. Okay so I posted a review here and posted the home address and contact info of the owners of this $hithole they call a business. Phil then took more time complaining to Yelp than he did helping me (a paying customer). The bottom line is that "Spa and Pool Source" sent me the wrong part, and now they won't take it back. As of today, 3/30/2010 , This company offers THE BEST pricing on Sundance Spa parts I have found after hours of internet searching. I found this place on-line, and they have a large website with a lot of parts for Spas. I was looking for a particular part for my Spa, and could not find it in their maze of pages. I emailed the company, explained best I could what I wanted, and they sent me back a link to a page, and one line of text saying, "Yes, here is the page in our catalog". On the top of this page was a picture of an item that looked like the part I needed, and assuming that they had actually pointed me to the correct part, I simply ordered it (since I asked them for help it looked correct, it had the right description
