The Hot Tub and Spa Emporium features two separate luxurious showrooms where we showcase our extensive lineup of hot tubs, spa accessories, and gazebos. We serve the greater Sacramento area including, but not limited to; Rocklin, Roseville, Auburn, and Granite Bay. Our flagship store is located at 6620 Lone Tree Boulevard in Rocklin, CA - in the same shopping center as the Blue Oaks Theaters across from Lucille's BBQ.
The Therapool D measures close to 8' x 11' and has a massive 60 depth. It has more than 50 jets with three high-performance flow stream jets for resistance training and aquatic exercise. Fantastic experience. We were in the market for a hot tub for our brand new home and looked everywhere in the area each place was a disappointment until leaving a local restaurant and spotting this location. We walked inside and instantly met Dennis, his knowledge and experience with the entire process was amazing. Our frustration and feeling of defeat from other locations went away after his assistance and we are so very please with our new tub. From entering the store to the home delivery process we have been extremely happy. Recommend this place for sure, make sure you ask for Dennis

I would give this company lower than one star if I could. Each time I have contacted this company by phone I have been met with condescending responses by the men who have answered when asking about the hot tub I purchased in January regarding trying to plan for a delivery. Very nice service in person when selling the hot tub. Poor customer service upon walking out the door. Disappointing. No I would not like a refund I would like respect and a hot tub 😄

I have never had an experience like this in my life. I purchased a hot tub from this company in August of 2021 and was lucky to have them have it in stock. Took a few weeks for them to deliver, and again I felt lucky to have it. The horror stories I have heard about one year waits for spas was not going to be my fate. When the hot tub arrived there was some discolored paint on the bottom and I asked the delivery driver to note on the delivery. I cannot say enough great things about Hot Tub & Spa Emporium! From buying the hot tub, to the million questions I had called about, to gathering the diagrams for the electrical install, to the setup. . . Every bit of the process was so easy! This was our first place we looked, and went to 3 places after, only finding ourselves back at this place. Price beats the others we checked, and above all the customer service is impeccable. Todd (the owner) was incredibly rude and patronizing to a female friend of mine for asking a basic question about their hot tub order. They were threatened with having their order cancelled by multiple employees and when they finally spoke to Todd he threatened the same thing. Todd was very emotional and animated and made a huge scene in the middle of the store in front of other employees while coming off incredibly misogynistic. My wife and I always wanted a spa and this was the year we were going to make it happen. After looking at different makers/models of spa’s and reading reviews we went down the Hot Tub& Spa Emporium in Rocklin. We were met by Dennis who really took his time in explain the different features and options of each spa. We finally decided on the Master Spa S Series. Dennis ensured the spa was delivered and set up in the back yard in a timely manner.

I had not done my research at first and wasted time at 3 other hot tub stores. It was not until I met Fred that I realized the importance of the knowledge he had. Knowing where all of the parts of the hot tub are made and are truly important. As a homeowner I recognized the importance of having my master tub built with 2x4's and not 2x1's like some other brands. At some point someone will sit on the edge and I want everyone to be safe. So many other brands had preached made in the USA, but then I learned about how not all parts are made here. These guys really spent a lot of time going

Spa technician Jim Valdez said he had an account with Master Spa and could get me a part discount. He didn't have a receipt for the part but said it cost $850. While he was installing the part I contacted Master Spa... they said it was $500. When I confronted Jim about the $350 mark up, he replied with "that's the cost of doing business!" He also charged $150 for the 15min install. When he left i checked his work & noticed the circuit board was very loose... because they installed half the screws. Luckily they left them on the spa floor for me to finish the work. I will

I was so impressed with the customer service and care that Fred took with us. He answered all of our questions and made it such an easy experience. I had friends that shopped around to other spa stores and they ended up coming back to Fred with Hot Tub and Spa Emporium. So, it was an easy decision for us to go to Fred. I'm pretty frustrated. We really do love our hot tub and have enjoyed it for nearly 9 months so far, so that part is good. Here is the problem, no one told us that in order to use our warranty we would have to pay $175 for a technician to come out and fix the spa. Our ozonator went out (just 9 months after getting the hot tub) and needed to be replaced. This is covered under our warranty for a year (so really, if someone will only guarantee something for a year, they expect it to go out?!?). So we called the store and after some back and forth a technician came out. He attempted to explain

Start to finish, my experience with this business was an enthusiastic 5 star process! I already knew what I was looking for when I called Todd, the owner of Hot Tub Emporium. He called me right back, called his warehouse, found almost the exact spa I was looking for in stock (They didn't have my first choice cabinet color but no big deal), and had Dennis call me back within minutes. This is for Dennis, Todd and the delivery guys. My apologies for not being able to remember the delivery guys' names. We went to the store on a Tuesday afternoon after visiting several spa companies and unending research. Our hot tub was delivered today as promised.
