Jim and Jenn at Alexander spas are awesome to work with from the shopping, sales and setup experience. I am a prior owner of a Caldera Spa and thought I knew a lot but I was amazed at the amount of knowledge that Jenn had. She helped me and my wife make the right choice for our new spa. We purchased our spa in the beginning of July 2020 and finally received it mid March 2021 due to Covid delays. Worth the wait- just be prepared for it. We are so happy with it and the service we received from Alexander Spas. They had a free flow spa that was in our price range and fits our existing concrete pad perfectly. It's exactly what we wanted for our little family of 3. Thank you to Jen and the awesome installers! Also highly recommend their electrician Ken. If you need a hat tub and live in the greater Sacramento area this is the place to go! I looked at every store in town and my experience at Alexander Spas was by far the best. They are straight shooters who will walk you through every step of the process. Make sure to use their electrician as well, he is great. If you aren't looking to sift through confusing sales pitches and high prices come to Alexander spas.

We recently purchased a hot tub through Costco and it arrived with a leak. The manufacturer contracted through Jim Alexander to do the repair. It was a week before he could come to do the repair, the whole time the wood frame and insulation getting soaked. The day came for the repair and my husband left work early and even got the kids from school early as our repair window was right at school pick up time (2-4pm). We bought a spa here and couldn't be happier! Jim and Jenn are great and both so helpful. I did my homework before I purchased a spa; I went to 6 different stores and looked at all the main lines. Caldera spas felt the best, looked the best, and were the right price. Also, I appreciated not feeling pressured at Alexander Spas, they didn't have the used car salesman speech and that was a win for me. I just popped back in to grab something and Jim was just as helpful as before I bought the spa.

Went to Alexander Spas to replenish some of my chemicals and see what's new in the spa world. My current spa is about 8 years old and we are looking to upgrade. The owner, Jim, discussed some features of the new spas out today. I liked how I did not feel any pressure to buy right away. Good prices on chemicals, great selection of spas, knowledgeable staff, and a local business. Can't beat that combo, I will be back.
