Owner and founder Matt Zimmermann is a second generation plumber in San Antonio, Texas offering over 22 years experience in the field. He started working at a young age, growing up learning first-hand from the family plumbing and HVAC business. Combining his interests in business and the plumbing industry, Matt earned his Master Plumber's License and founded Quest Plumbing, LLC in 2008.

Kaitlin Morales was very helpful with the fixture selection process for the various plumbing fixtures used for our shower renovation project. Everything turned out great! And Briley and his crew did an amazing job with the removal of the old shower fixtures and the installation of the new Kohler shower fixtures as well as the installation of a new pressure relief valve.
I would highly recommend this company based on the excellent work done and especially the people that work for Quest Plumbing, LLC.

This is my first experience hiring a plumber. Usually my husband can take care the job himself. However this was the pipe under the concrete so we had to ask the best plumber in town to helped us out. Compare quotes with some high school graduates plumber, Quest Plumber is honest and professional. I only wish they understand the sense of urgency. We had to wait two weeks to get an appointment. On the day of the appointment, they were late for an hour. And during the job, I do not sense that the plumber understand I really need my water back soon. They just take their time walking back to the truck

A month or so ago, we had another plumbing company out to the house for what we thought was an emergency. Before we knew it, they quoted us $20k to fix our issues. Quest was our second opinion.
I cannot say enough about our experience. Brylee (hope I spelled that right) came out; he was extremely nice and easy to deal with/talk to. Together, after I explained everything I knew and was told, we worked together to form a game plan to tackle the problems.
Imagine that! Actually being involved with decisions regarding your own home!

Excellent Service. Matt was great during the estimate phase, and Ryan and Briley did a great job with some difficult "older home" infrastructure to complete the job to my specifications. They were all very helpful, and explained what they were doing every step of the way. Polite and professional. Very hard to find in service oriented fields these days. The office staff was professional and helpful as well. Will definitely use Quest Plumbing again for my next project.

I called to hopefully talk to a manager or someone that makes decisions. I was put in charge of a project for a local school and before I could finish my first sentence I was told WE ARE NOT INTERESTED and hung up on! The woman at receptionist was RUDE! If they don't listen to everything how the heck are they going to know what I need or am looking for from their company. Just something to think about. I am sure the people who do the jobs in the field are phenomenal but the reception needs some help and or a crash course in Customer service training!

Ryan from Quest came out to check out the gas line to my gas fireplace. Ended up not being a gas line problem, but Ryan pointed out the features of my fireplace and the things I needed to do to operate it effectively. Assured me there were no issues with my gas line, which was a relief. Very professional. Fair price for service call. I would not hesitate to call Ryan at Quest again!

Quest plumbing was able to send someone out to our home on a Sunday and saved the day. On the phone and in person everyone we encountered from their company was profession, kind, honest, and thorough in explaining the problem and the charges. 5 Stars all the way. Clint Morris was extremely professional and completed his work in less than 30 minutes. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and why he was doing it. How many times do you get a quote for a repair and it ends up costing less? I could not believe it costs less. I will definitely call Quest if I ever have any future plumbing needs.

Used Quest first time today and I am very impressed and pleased by their professionalism and knowledge. Clint detected leaking water heater problem immediately and proceeded to repair it efficiently and expertly explaining everything along the way. Saved me some money by not having to by a new one, afterwhich he stayed to make sure water heater was heating properly and even checked water temps in all water faucets and shower. Reasonable price considering all work he did. Will definitely use Quest again.
