We hired this company for a "move out clean" because we were moving out of our rental home in Yellow Bluff Jacksonville, FL. I was under the impression that a deep clean move out took care of all the cleaning of the house. So we paid Brittany Screws/ this company $324 for a move out clean. When I went to the house after it was cleaned, I immediately told Brittany via text that the oven was not clean (see attached picture) and the fridge was not clean and that I brought no cleaning supplies with me so I was worried that we would be charged another cleaning fee from the rental company.

Make sure you mention if there are any issues in the house. The cleaners canceled and charged me $75 because there were "grout issues, broken window blinds, and pet odor". Luckily I was able to find another before the hurricane hit, otherwise I'd be out of luck. I had another cleaner come in same day and said it was no worse than many houses she cleaned for move out cleanings. I'd 100% recommend a different cleaner.

I recently did a move out cleaning through maidinjax. My cleaner was Edi.
She did a great job. There was some laundry soap build up on the wire shelf in my washer/dryer closet that she missed but that was genuinely it.
Everything else was fantastic and spotless. And it had been a while since I cleaned my oven and tub and both were perfect after she cleaned.
Wish I had tried them sooner. I would’ve used them for regular housekeeping.

Okay FAST FORWARD TO THE 4TH CLEANING SERVICE!!!! broke my bottle of wine and did not offer to pay for it , also left glass all over my floor and did not clean my bathroom toilet or sweep my floors. When I called the owner he said if I wanted them to sweep AND mop instead of vacuum.....MY HARD WOOD FLOORS mind you that was considered a DEPP CLEANING!!!!!! never have I ever been so disrespected! How can you vacuum hard wood floors??? And you tell me that using the scrub brush on the inside of my toilet is DEEP CLEANING????? I told him and his wife to get out of my house and never return!!!

My home has never been cleaner! They arrived on time and were very curtious and professional. Having someone who speaks English was very beneficial. They used ecologically friendly products too! I'm happy with the service and plan on using them again; maybe look into setting up a regular service! Dang my home smells good!!!!!!

Honestly I'm still pretty upset about this, but it happened a couple weeks ago. I booked them to do a move out clean at the end of May because they had an online booking system and I needed someone on short notice (a week and a half before the end of the month). The day of, Nate with Maid In Jax texted me over an hour after they were suppose to start saying that they couldn't do the cleaning because the house was too dirty to clean and that it would take them 12-14 hours to clean it and that there were live rats in the bathroom. Customer service with Erica with getting an appt scheduled last minute was 5 stars but it was downhill after that. I will say that I believe they had a subcontractor* come in but since I'm not sure and I scheduled with Maid In Jax, I'm writing a review for them.
So I was supposed to have 2 cleaners for a few hours to do 3 very specific things. I wanted my bathrooms DEEP CLEANED, baseboards dusted and wiped down, and my blinds dusted and cleaned thoroughly. That was it. So the first guy showed up on time and did a walk through but couldn

I'm so happy with this service I could cry. We moved into a house that the sellers trashed and left completely filthy. With 2 little ones and limited time I could never have gotten it clean enough to be livable. They came out the same day and did a deep clean, leaving the house smelling and looking amazing. We were wildly impressed by our move-out clean from Maid In Jax. I was very concerned it was "too good to be true" when the quote was half the price of other quotes I had received, and booking was entirely online, but I'm so glad we took a chance on them.
