Do NOT use this "contractor" he is the most unprofessional person that my husband and I have ever had the displeasure to work with and honestly in our opinion, might be bi-polar. He is great at first impressions and won our business by pretty much being a "yes-man" saying that he could do everything in our budget just to win our business... but don't be fooled. He actually doesn't know much about construction and hires subs to do everything, when we ask him a question about the project he asks his subs. He doesn't do any physical work, just used our money to hire subs and be the planning person

I can't say enough about Rick and his team. My house is old, and an issue arose where the front door could not open. It posed a severe threat to my family, as there is no other way to exit the home safely in the event of a fire. I tried everything, and tried to get handymen and others to come take a look, but kept getting the runaround.
