This is the first time we've used this Company's service. We were getting ready for a 50th Anniversary open house and really wanted things to look good. Excellent results: very clean, spot free, dried quickly, in and out quickly, and at a reasonable price. What more could one ask? We'd definitely use Ron again!

Rob and his crew were here again this week and once more, a beautiful job of cleaning my carpets. I challenged him to clean the "man cave" which hadn't been done for probably 5 years (I don't go into it). It came out clean and fresh. Now I might (might) leave the door open. San Jose Dry Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job, and it was quick. I got the work done at about 4pm and by the time I woke up next morning, it was completely dry. Even right after the work was done, I was able to walk with my socks on and it wasn't what I would call "wet"...I would probably refer to it as "moist", versus wet. Of course it depends on how dirty your carpets are, hence how much fluids are used to clean, but I vouch for them. They did an amazing, outstanding job.
My carpets look as good as new, and I'll use them again and again and again :-)

All is still true. Just had my carpets cleaned again by Rob - July/2014 and still the same great service - not only cleaning the carpets - but Rob is always caring and remembers what is going on in my life - he is the best

Can't say enough about this service. Courteous, prompt, professional and top-quality. I can honestly say that our carpets have never been this clean since they were brand new. And most areas were practically dry before he left! It makes sense when you hear Rob explain it, why his method cleans better than the others. After some minor detective work I found Rob Segura from San Jose Dry Carpet cleaning once again as they had done some work previously and I lost the number. We just had a remodel in an upstairs bathroom that left the entire house covered in dust. We have white carpets although you couldn't tell by looking at them. Rob was convenient to schedule with, came exactly as promised, spent 3 hours doing the entire house, and left it like it was just re-carpeted. The carpet was dry enough by the evening to put all our furniture back in place and we feel like we have a new home. Thanks Rob!!
