They helped me with my packing for military PCS move from San Diego To Jacksonville FL. Juan and Christian were super friendly, professionally followed Covid-19 protocols .

WOW! and AMAZING! Nestor, Alfonso, Christian, and Andrew were really polite, kind and moved with motivation from beginning at 10 till 8pm at night. I was really blessed to have such a talented team help me through my stressful move. They will always be the best movers I've ever meet. We did a military move from San Diego to Chicago. We’re in the middle of unpacking our boxes now. It appears as though everything has made it to us, but there’s been issues.
1) No one knew where our stuff was. 12 days went by with no tracking or update. It wasn’t until my husband continuously emailed and called that he got an update that the driver got Covid and our stuff was in Arizona.... It went one state over in 12 days and no one told us. They said no one told them either, which is possible. But your company was the last one to have our possessions-you should be just as concerned about

Great and easy experience! This was our first military move from NC to CA. Our HHG arrived before we did so they had kept it in storage for a couple days. Being that it was our first move, I was so worried about things going missing, etc. Surprisingly, it went SO well! Only one man came to deliver our items, Ike Osorio. He was very precise with everything he did and made sure that we were all on the same page!

Recently had a move with Ackley Moving Services and I had nothing but a great experience with them. The two gentlemen who assisted me, Nestor and Andrew, were very professional and respectful. The process was very efficient as they cared and properly accounted for the items during my move. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family moving in Southern California.

We have a house full of stuff that we are unpacking right now in WA and so much stuff is broken! My jewelry is a tangled nightmare and it's upsetting how much wasted paper there is! Why would you wrap pillows in moving paper?! When they unloaded our things off of the truck and into our new home one of the gentleman had a concealed gun which was so upsetting to me but what could I do? No care was taken with our furniture and things. This was a military move and it took over two weeks for our things to arrive so we have been in an empty house for the last two weeks and now unpacking broken

What a great experience. A crew of 4 gentlemen showed up to pack up my house hold goods for a military PCS from San Diego to IL. They were so fast in properly packing all of my belongings from both my home and a separate storage unit. They worked tirelessly for about 7 hours to get it all done in one day. The way everything was handled and cared for made me feel like we definitely got the right moving company to make sure our goods get to our destination in one piece. If I end up coming back to San Diego I will definitely make it a point to make sure I get this company to unpack my belongings.

Ackley was the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. They lost ALL of my belongings back in January and it is May. I have no update of where my things are or if I will be reimbursed. When they first came to our home I noticed a bunch of items that I have never even seen before. So it’s obvious that they always mix peoples belongs up. This was extremely traumatic for me and I want answers !!!!

My items where missing and I received items from another person with the same serial numbers items that at which point I knew there had been a mix up I still haven’t been notified regarding my missing items only a low ball amount or the missing items. My bed was also broken and missing the base and my speaker was broken for my surround sound system as well as my PS4 pro. I’ve been in the military for 6 yrs now with multiple moves cross country and this is the worst I’ve experienced.

Ackley was contracted for my military move from Carlsbad to Southern Maryland. The two gentleman who arrived were fantastic. They were a little late when their morning job ran long, but they were very courteous and apologetic for the delay. With how quickly they worked, the initial delay didn't bother me at all. I have never seen two people pack faster or more efficiently. Every single item made it cross country to the new house. Not one thing was broken. They labeled all boxes as they went and their numbered sticker system made it easy to account for and unpack all items on the receiving
