We started in 1996 in the landscaping business. It was soon there after that hot tubs fit into many design projects. Our love of hot tubs flourished from that time and we never looked back. The economic change in 2007-2008 made us forego the landscape side of our business and focus on hot tubs solely.
Mode setting will be either Standard, Economy, or Sleep mode. You will choose which one you want. Standard mode (Std) means your hot tub will check the temperature every 30 minutes 24 hours a day. This mode uses the most electricity. Economy mode (Ecn) runs only during the filter times that you set.

I always expected the 'bad car salesman' experience when looking for a hot tub; this was nothing like that. The salesperson found out what we needed, showed us just the right thing, arrangements were made easily, delivery and set up was done for us, and we got help at all the steps along the way with the electrical and pad. We are a month into using our hot tub and every time I've had a quick 'newby' question it has been answered quickly and throughly. If you are looking for a hot tub this is the place to go!

We started the buying process of our Bullfrog Spa November 2020. From the beginning Gene was upfront with the process and extended timeline anticipated to be June 2021. We were provided an electrician referral who provided great service and installed our dedicated spa line. In May Gene contacted us to advise that the delivery would be pushed back until August 2021. We appreciated the timely communication from Gene and delivery was set up for a Sunday morning in August. Gene arrived on time to install the spa which is always appreciated. Hot Tub Place is the Bullfrog distributor for Sacramento, and comes highly recommended. Gene is an awesome and genuine person and stands behind his products. Ordering and installation all went seamlessly.
We opted for a new M8 (same pumps as A-series with a fancy veneer, but think it's worth every penny). The variable pumps are intense and has 3 zones (each for 2 seats). When 1 zone is fed entirely to 1 seat, the pressure feels like a good-painful deep issue massage.
The patented interchangeable seat Jetpaks is a plus. I'd recommend trying some of these out if possible first, and pick the specialized

We've had our A8D hot tub for about a month, and we enjoy every minute we're in it. We looked at several other brands of hot tubs before settling on the Bullfrog A8D. We came back to Bullfrog because we like the concept of interchangeable jet packs, (so we can configure it the way we like it), the two lounges, the energy savings and the solid construction. It was a great purchase, and Gene, the sales manager, kept us informed throughout the purchase, delivery and setup processes. Can't thank him enough for his help and advice.

Highly Recommend Hot Tub Place of Sacramento. Just so there is no confusion it’s the one off of Sunrise Gold Circle, Rancho Cordova, CA and you will be greeted by the sweetest Dog Vinnie. ( I hope I remembered his name correct). Working with the owner Gene was such a pleasure. There was no sales pressure, super friendly, informative and top notch service. I bought the Bull Frog Spa X Series and we love it. He provided on time free delivery and I even got a call a day before to confirm the delivery. My Electrician didnt provide enough length power cables and Gene was right there to make it happen
