My system developed problems at one of the most un-opportune times. Jason was there pronto and took care of the issues and by my research, he did it at a fair price. I have used this company a few times, they were very good. Fixed all my septic problems, and was very affordable. I have referred several of my friends to this company, they were very satisfied with the work they did, and the price.

They returned my call in minutes and were at my house in less than two hours on a cold Friday afternoon. He understood the problem and fixed it in below freezing temperature as snow was moving in. He quickly got a new pump and worked steady and had it installed by supper time. He really knew what he was doing and was very professional. I will use these people again.

All American Septic takes great care of my rental property and my car wash at Wake Cross Roads Express. I have called them when the drain was stopped up and they were there within the hour. Every time I need them Jason takes care of my problem above and beyond very quickly. I have a couple of septic systems that have filters and need preventative maintenance and he keeps up with it and calls to schedule the appointment. BEWARE ALL VETERANS:
I have used this company several times in the past . I called this morning to schedule a pumping of my septic and was told they weren't sure they could do it before Monday but would put me on schedule for Friday. I had recommended this company to my neighbors yesterday. As it turned out they were pumping neighbors just as I got off the phone,so I ask while your here could you do mine as well. I was given a rude no response , . They claim to support veterans not so much. I called another company and got it for $100 less including enzyme treatment. All American did next doors

Awoke on a holiday (July 5) to a backed up septic line. Called around and finally found this company open for business. Never used them before as we are a bit out of their service area. I was bracing for the worst and told them my situation. Here is what happened next: they arrived exactly at the time they promised (within two hours of my call), gave me a very fair price estimate, performed the work quickly, professionally, and gave me some great insight on future maintenance. Definitely recommend these folks when you have issues. Believe the man said his name was Zach but not sure. Strong work

Jason was very professional and great to work with. He and his guys were all very nice and respectful. Jason and Michael specifically answered all our questions for us and helped explain what issues we were having and what the options were for resolving the issues. We will definitely be working with them again for routine maintenance on our septic system and recommend them to others.

Called to have All American come out to pump a full septic tank system was backing up into the house. Since I called and needed service the same day I was quoted $400. They came out and pumped the 1000 gal tank in less than 30 mins. A few months later the systems backing up again. Called a plumber to check everything out since we just had the system pumped. Everything inside our home was fine. Checked the septic tank and it was full again. In less than 6 months and only 2 people in the house. They never completely emptied the tank.
