As someone new to septic tanks with little knowledge, I had apprehensions about who to hire and what to expect. I was glad that Chris Voyles came out for Septic Blue. He was very knowledgeable and informative. It was apparent that customer service was a strong point of his. He took great steps to ensure that I, as a customer, understood the issue and was happy with the results. The next time I have any issues with my septic tank, I will be sure to call Septic Blue and ask for Chris.

Adam and Mike helped us today. Two very nice guys! They were professional and patiently answered all our questions. They clearly explained everything that needed to be done, taught us how our system works and showed us how we can maintain it to prevent future problems. They were very good natured and dug quite a bit in very hard clay soil without complaining.

Chris and the other guy (James I think) were excellent, thank goodness they came right out and explained the whole process to me step-by-step. They did a great job discovering the problem and explaining to me how and why this may have happened and most importantly how to fix it. Also, continued answering all my questions of cost. I was very pleased with how professional he was and appreciate him telling me how to take care of our system going forward. These guys were great and we will be calling them again.

The overall experience was positive.
However, I did have to wait on hold for over 11 minutes trying to confirm my appointment. The technician also arrived 40 minutes late.
My initial estimate was $225.00 and because of a few additional challenges with the septic tank, the final invoice was almost $1100.00, this was for a more aggressive pump of the septic tank, additional equipment used, and a corrective piece added to the pump. To me, that is unacceptable as I felt I had very little choice but to pay the additional fees attached and did not know if I could search out competitive pricing.
