Great team of guys! Prompt service and thoughtful enough to show me exactly what was wrong with my distribution box. Came out the very next day to repair and pump our tank. Will certainly keep them in mind for future plans on our new home.

Hired them to pump a septic tank. They left my hose running all night and pumped my well dry. Now I'm diagnosing if my pump is burned up because today I have no water. So $275 might turn into $2750. Showed up late after 6pm, charged me more than the quote over the phone, left tire tracks in the yard, brought a shorter hose than I told them to bring so they had to get creative to reach, and their truck leaked oil all over the driveway. Sounds like 1 star right? The guys were friendly, they gave me some advice on my drain field, and they really seemed like they were working to get the tank totally

We had an emergency this weekend andI had no idea what was wrong. The service tech on the phone asked what was going on and helped me diagnose the issue without a service call. The guy was AWESOME, friendly and obviously super helpful. We're getting on a regular service plan with this company because their customer service is AMAZING. Highly recommend A-1 Septic.

Buyer beware! They rescheduled on us 2 times. When they finally came out they told us one price before they began pumping and when they came to collect payment it was $25 higher. They claimed they didn’t realize the size of the tank. When we questioned and said it’s not good business practice to quote one price and then after services to charge another. The gentleman became very upset and irrational. We thought it best to just pay him so he would leave. Definitely would not hire them again.

5+ STARS! I called to have someone come out and check my septic alarm. Before sending someone out, they offered to have me check a few common problems. After a 10 minute verbal walk through, we were able to identify the problem. They told me the simple steps to fix it and it worked. Not a dime spent. Anyone willing to take the time to do what they did deserves 5+ stars. Most companies would charge a hefty service charge to send someone out and not think twice about it. Great Company! Highly Recommended.

I had an emergency with our system backing up..They promptly returned my call and came out that day.very nice and polite guys. at my house 6:30 pm And still had 2 more jobs too do before they finished for the day.very hard working guys And I would recommend them.

Not sure what everyone is complaining about. These guys are busy because they do a good job. I called and they promptly returned my call and came out the next day. They are very friendly, explain what they are doing (if you care to know.) Hosed out the tank and didn't leave a mess. This is the second time I have used them and would recommend them to anyone. Price is definitely fair!

We woke up one Saturday morning to what appeared to be a small sink-hole in our yard, only to determine that it was our septic tank that had failed and collapsed. We reached out immediately to three local companies to come and assess, repair/replace. A-1 was the only one who returned our call promptly on a Saturday, sent a guy to assess and guide us through what ultimately was a complete replacement. We are very pleased with their prompt and courteous service, very professional and highly recommend them should you ever need either a septic pumping or a complete replacement.
