Mike was extremely professional and informative. He was very straightforward with what needed to be done and talk me through it the whole way. The young man named Mike who was sent out to do this job was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to inform me of how the system at my residence should actually have been installed and then how it should actually function. Mike made it very obvious to me how the initial install of my system was deficient in several ways. Not only did he add the two pipes bringing my system up to current code he actually solved the problem I was having. Our service technician from Septic Blue of Raleigh was Brandon Welch. He was very kind, informative, and explained to us step-by-step exactly what was wrong with our septic tank issues. We had used another local company no more than two years ago and our septic tank was full and drains were clogged again!! Mr. Welch took his time to suction out the tank, flushing the lines, and now our septic system is running like new again. Mike L. did a great job for us. We were overdue for septic tank pump out and Mike thoroughly explained what services we would need to get back to good working order. He also corrected a code (and functionality) issue with our tank. He verified that the system was working properly after performing the necessary services. Very professional and friendly service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Septic Blue, and especially Mike to everyone.
