There's not much I can add to all these 5 star reviews. Just call them if you need your septic system serviced. Don't waste you time looking any further. I had them come out and pump my tank last month. I've never had a septic system before. They explained how it all works, where each component was located and answered all my questions.

Very professional and knowledgeable team. We had all toilets, shower and bathtub back flowing. They arrived, isolated the problem and left us with working plumbing. This team is amazing. We had service a few years ago and should not have needed service yet, but they came out and diagnosed the issue in short order. They were professional and gave us lots of useful information. This team addressed a problem that a previous company we had hired left behind. I highly recommend this company I had an issue with my septic tank overflowing because the filter was blocked and it was time to have the tank pumped. When I called I did not think someone would respond because it was a holiday. But some did call me and was able to get them out to my home the very next day. Service was priced right no over charges and and I received excellent service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs septic service.

Neuse River Septic is excellent. I had my septic tank pumped last week and Joe was there on time and did a great job. He was professional and answered any questions that I had. The next day he sent me a link to a septic tank maintenance guide. To me, that was going above and beyond. Joe wanted to make sure that I was satisfied and that all my questions were answered. I totally recommend Neuse River Septic and I will definitely be using them again.
