Highly recommend. They are efficient, punctional and charge a good rate for their service. I like their business model of charging a minimum $540 flat fee for three hours of moving. It includes all "hidden fees" unlike other moving companies.
I would recommend packing all your items as best as possible. They will safely wrap your bigger furniture and mattress when they arrive so you can leave those items unpacked. Jack provided a reasonable quote, transparent pricing, and outlined everything that would be included in the move. Our movers, a team of 3, were incredibly professional and packed all our furniture speedily. They protected everything with mattresses and plastic wrap, and helped me disassemble and reassemble furniture securely. The movers were able to navigate the complex structure of my new home and moved my upright piano as well. This is hands down the best moving company I have ever hired.

Wow! I don't know where to begin. Our movers were so fast and efficient! They hit the ground running and had us moved in no time. Not only were they fast, but they really treated our belongings with care. On top of all of that, the total ended up being significantly lower than what we were quoted by another local moving company. Highly recommend!

My wife and I hired Brothers movers to move us from Oakland to Portland. Their crew came pretty close to the expected time (it was raining and traffic was bad) and got right to work. The were able to move quickly and pack our entire 3 bedroom house into a truck in just a few hours.
They took care to not damage our walls and other things as they moved it all out, and were also able to take things that we didn't expect to fit in the truck.

Excellent movers who were very efficient and very cheap. The movers were professional and clearly experienced. They packed wrapped everything securely and took extra care with the TV. Everything arrived intact, even our glasses. They also wrapped and sealed all of the containers that we had not sealed which was appreciated. The total time on a move from a 950 sqft 2nd floor unit to another second floor unit was 7 hours (1 hour of driving time due to traffic).
I spoke to them entirely in Mandarin and it seemed that they had limited English skills that I did not test.

We were recommended Brother Movers by a friend and I must say, we were thoroughly impressed and highly recommend them. They very efficiently helped us move from a 2 bedroom to another 2 bedroom in the same city and were fast.
There were little things we had here and there that we didn't quite get around to packing well or furniture that we didn't secure, and they did that for us. None of our stuff was damaged or even scratched; everything was great. They wrapped our couch, tv, mattresses, and other big pieces of furniture in a secure wrap.

We've used Brother Movers for 2 moves in the past 3 years, one 1BR and one 2BR. They've provided excellent service at a great price and we recommend them to friends/family in the area often.
+ Careful wrapping and unwrapping of furniture
+ Very speedy -- completed a 1000sqft 2BR move start to finish in 3 hours (minus travel time)
+ Good communication about which items to take and where to drop off items. Other reviews mention a language barrier, but it wasn't a problem for us.

They first promised me to start moving at 9, then before one day, they wanted to start at 8, which was fine to me, then guess what? They didnt show up until 11:30am, and THREATEN ME that I wont really be able to get any movers in such a short period. Eventually they apologized and told me gonna give me 50% discount , well , ended up with 10%.
Two movers showed up, one Asian and one Hispanic. I swear to God that Asian guy is one of the laziest person I've ever seen in my life. He literally CLEANED his car within the time I paid him, and told me " you need to

We moved a couple weeks ago. We had wonderful experience with this company. The moves who helped us were very professional. Moved everything very quickly and didn't waste any time from the moment they started.
They didn't speak much English so there was some trouble communicating but in all that wasn't a huge issue for us.

My experience with Brother Movers was very average. I did a move last year with other movers so I had something to compare to. First of all, there was an extreme amount of language barrier which really made any communication impossible. I understand having language barriers but these folks didn't know any word in English which made things very difficult to explain and they moved stuff that wasn't supposed to be moved.
They also hardly did any packing. My previous movers had really handy tools to unscrew things we couldn't. These folks knew just one thing - pick up and move.

We hired this company to pack our kitchen and move our two bedroom apartment. They showed up 30 minutes late. They had zero equipment for packing the kitchen, not even boxes. They offered to send somebody out to buy packing materials on our time. Within the first 5 minutes of being in the apartment they scratched the floor with their Dolly loading boxes. Then they put down runners when we complained. They stained the hallway rug with a potted plant that they decided to move without the drip plate. They broke a large flower pot. Moving sucks, and I would know, I've moved 6 times in the last 10 years. Moving with Brother Movers was literally the best decision I made this time around. I have used other moving companies prior, but never had a good enough experience to feel good about recommending to friends. We saw that our neighbors were moving and used this company so after they finished, we asked them how it went. They told us they were good, fast, and reasonably priced so, trusting them completely, I made a reservation for us to hire them as our movers.
They arrived as scheduled with a big truck. Basically, 1 person was moving boxes and the other 2 were wrapping furniture up in blankets and saran wrap and moving them. Mr Liu and Mr Du are very professional movers that help me did a really great job.
They wrap all the furnitures very carefully and paid a lot of patience. For the small accessories，they also use bubble wrap and boxes. Makes my stuff very safe. Even the weather is so hot right now，they still keep working so hard and keep mask on all the time.

Called up Jack again for the move, this time had less stuff so total 3 hours. Movers arrived a few hours earlier which was great. Things went smoothly as expected since I was quite familiar with their process already. They left my monitor behind which I had to go back next day to pick up. No biggie, needed to clean up the old place a little too. Total comes up $400 ($285 for labor, $35 for truck rental and $80 tip)

TLDR:
- Quoted at $115 and ended up paying $500
- Drilled a hole in my bed frame when reassembling... The frame was $1500...
- They did not speak english so was very difficult to communicate
- Moved real slow... the movers were also father/ son so you might be in the middle of some of their arguments

We had a really good experience with Brother movers. To begin with, the communication with Jack on the phone regarding quote, moving preparation, move day shenanigans, etc was super nice.
Their pricing was the best among other quotes we received.
The movers were punctual and arrived on the decided time. We relied on them for most of our packing and they were very efficient and timely in completing it. They are not comfortable with english communication but Google translate helped bridge the gap. Everything was well packed and handled with care.
