Titanium relocation was able to locate my shipment - it turned out it got put in storage accidentally through an order mix up . They followed up themselves and offered to send shipment asap , though at that point we chose the option of getting it delivered / personally taking a moving truck and drive from CA to TX . They refunded our entire money and apologized for the whole mix up.
Seem like good family owned business who were caught up in perfect storm of driver shortage across USA .
So if you are fine with their terms and condition, pricing - go ahead and hire them

My window was 10am - 12pm and they showed up at 3pm. My items were packed and in storage already but it still
took forever for my stuff to be loaded. Some of my furniture was big and my stairs narrow and they wouldn't even attempt to get it up the stairs. I specifically requested furniture to be put back together but it seemed like an issue every time I needed something put back together. Also, most of my stuff wasn't placed where I asked and after awhile I just stopped asking. Also, don't get me started on the complaining about the stairs and the heavy furniture. It was the most

Somehow lost two of my most expensive items and when i filed a claim they gave me 12 dollars for 800 dollars worth of stuff
Didn't take the trash with them after leaving, left it on the front yard
Showed up late and took them 12 hours to move a living room and one bedroom where almost half of the stuff was already packed and they forgot the 3rd person which is why it took so much longer

DONT USE THEME VERY Unprofessional They said one thing and then when get there is another they send a small truck after I told theme how much furniture and stuff I had they had to leave half behind and I had to lay 3700 for nothing You will be sorry if you use theme But not only that when I got home in Roseville all my furniture were damaged.

The only amazing person in the whole move was Adriane. He was on it, no lag time, no messing around. He was very respectful and kind. I can't say the same for all the others that showed up. They laughed at me right in front of my face, talked badly about me. They seem not care. They are a joke. Don't ever use them. They are by far the worse. I would never want anyone to be treated this way. DON'T USE this company.

Don't choose this company!!! Or you are with a high risk to experience a disaster!!! Any of the one star reviews will probably happen to you. I found the bad reviews after I hire them for moving and I think I am probably with good luck and the bad review things won't happen to me. I am totally wrong. There is definitely a reason why they only have three stars for reviews because terrible things happen quite often to their customers and they are very irresponsible,inexperienced and with very bad attitude to treat customers afterwards.

Unfavorable business ethics, especially during COVID-19, I was overcharged significantly even while providing four additional bodies of free labor and rental a Uhaul trailer full of moving items. Their lack of professionalism is not worth the headache, as a recently retired Active Duty Army Officer I have moved at least ten times during my career even aboard and would not recommend their services. This is a really bad company and bad people. I had to call the police officer to get them out of my house. They basically want to tell you what to do and they don't respect customer service at all. Total damage to my belongings $4150. Total cost to move 3/5ths of my 3 bedroom request $2100. I will also still need to hire someone else to finish the job.
When it's all said and done, my move is costing well over $8k.
They didn't bother wrapping my breakables, literally tossed my stuff in the truck, were slow and lazy, it was the first time movers met one another, they had zero packing experience, left me with all the big furniture, terrible customer service because the foreman was

This is a useless company. Never hire it.
Last week, I hired them for a local transfer within San Mateo County. The Packers did not care to bring even their tools. I had to provide them whatever limited tools I had. They were supposed to reassemble my dining table and sofa at the address I had moved in, but because of limited tools, they messed it and could not assemble it properly.
The workers were so careless they lost my shoes. Despite my timely complaint, they did not locate it.
When I complained this to Mr. Ryan, who interacts with the new customers, he said that he would get my furniture

After destroying a fire safe and a desk, and being assured by the supervisor on site that it would all be taken care of, I was shuffled off to a third party company to "handle" the claim. After review, all claims were denied, using fabricated excuses, legalese, and downright lies. I wish I had done more research on this sham of a business. I'm in the middle of suing both the moving company and the third party claims department, to get back the cost of the destroyed furniture.

Moved in December 2017. 3 men, one had a knee issue. The other two bickered with each other relentlessly. One guy hurt himself and quit before finishing. Super uncomfortable. They wanted cash and even left their paperwork, originals and all. Pretty sure these independent guys ripped the company off. They damaged furniture and nicked walls. If it wasn't an 12 hour project which was painfully slow for a 3 bedroom move to a house a mile away I would have raised more hell but I was exhausted and just wanted them out of my face. I was moving locally and had some very heavy pieces of furniture. I found Titanium Relocation online and read through their reviews - decided to call them and get a quote.
Roman was very helpful in explaining their process how long it would take and based on the call, I booked them.
On my move day, - aside from being a couple of hours late - the move crew of 3 were friendly, professional, completed the job on time and without any scratches to the furniture or walls. they wrapped up all pieces much better than i would have - thats why you hire a professional :)

They initially quoted us a low estimate to get our business. However, when they arrived, they tripped that estimate and had hidden fees that wasn't discussed over the phone.
Towards the end they suddenly left without finishing the job that we agreed on. Many furniture was left at the old house. I said they can leave the smaller boxes that can fit inside my prius, but they should have taken the larger furniture that can't. We are in need of another move.
I cannot recommend this company. Even the movers had disgruntled complaints about it. No wonder they have to advertise their business

20 minutes late in the morning (and not give me any discount for the delay :) everything was fine. The moving guys brought pads to cover my
furniture and they had plastic covers for my mattresses
the movers took about 4 hours to take everything down.
Over all they ware professional, nice, came ready, no damages, only
other thing I didn't like is that they charge me before they unload
the truck, so for that and the 20 minutes in the morning I give 4 stars
