I moved from San Jose to Los Angeles area and used this guys to move and pack all of my stuff. Ryan was very nice and helpful with setting everything up for me. the foreman was very helpful with packing and wrapping all of my furniture, I bought the guys lunch, they deserve it. Best moving company by far! this guys went above and beyond and ware great throughout the whole move.

We didn't realize that we used a broker until we were assigned to Best van moving lines. At that point we were already several thousand dollars out. This company damaged every piece of furniture we own. Every box looked like it was tossed and moved several times. Boxes were stacked 5 high on arrival. They "lost" our 60" TV, a bike rack, my kid's art easel, and sentimental artwork. Their compensation package was $39. But if we wanted to insure everything it would have cost 20k. I used a broker (who posed as a shipper) to help with my move from CA to TX and they contracted this horrible company to ship my belongings. They have 1 customer service rep who keeps telling me that they need to call dispatch in order to locate my things but that dispatch is not currently in the office. I used to work in supply chain and logistics so I know this is a lie because dispatchers are at their computer literally all day long. It should take 15 minutes max to locate someone’s things. Not days or weeks. They are dishonest and someone needs to hold this “company”

How is this company still in business??? I will tell you how they use Broker company's with good reviews to do the smooth-talking, and then you get this company. If I knew that this company would be handling my move, I would have never used them in a million years. On pick up, they showed up 3 hours late. My pick-up time was supposed to be 3-5 pm. They showed up at quarter to 9. On arrival, I was told that the tariff was filled out improperly, and they had to call to get it adjusted from weight to something else. This was my first red flag. This is the worst moving company ever! I did a move with them in February, they broke several of my stuff and I am still struggling with the Claims department 6 months after the move. The Claims department says that the moving company doesn't respond to their inquires and therefore they cannot pay. They are the same company, this is ridiculous. Don't hire them or you will have troubles.

When I contracted with them I was told (over the phone) that my shipment would arrive in 5-10 days and that 10 days only occurred when there were weather issues (we were shipping in August, so not a problem). When the packers arrived there was a large number of additional papers presented for signature with lots of fine print an little time to review properly. Turns out that signing those was a mistake because the fine print totally changed the terms & conditions! Long story short, it took me a week of calling and getting a "no update" message to find

Jaime and his team were very professional and took great care of our belongings. Our destination was 5 hours away and Jaime promised that our belongings would arrive the next day. He encountered problems at the scales heading out so he was not able to start the drive until late afternoon. They arrived at our house at 8pm. I appreciated that he did not postpone to the next day. I wanted my stuff and he kept his word and made sure my stuff was delivered. I didn't care about the time.

( updated on aug 10).. finally nightmare ended. Best moving lines / titanium was finally able to locate my shipment- sent me photos too- and now offered to finally deliver . Reason for order mix up is they have too many moves scheduled and pretty overwhelmed right now.
Upgraded to two stars.. since they offered apology but I still wont recommend this business.

Hard to know where to being here, but here's my end-to-end experience moving across country with this nightmare of a company.
- Went to Both Coast Logistics to get a quote. The price was reasonable, timing seemed fast, and spoke to a nice sales woman
- Both Coast Logistics sub-contracted out my California -to- Virginia delivery to Best Moving Van Lines. It all went downhill from here
- BMVL picked up my stuff in storage at agreed upon date, May 17th, 2021
- Sent me faulty paperwork with inflated pricing

If I could give this company a zero star I would with no hesitation. First of all, I contracted with Allied Moving company who then contracted with Best Moving Van Line to move my things across country. When my stuff was picked up they told me it would be delivered within a certain number of days (7-21) which was never done. After I called them multiple times they told me that my stuff had been in the warehouse for 3 weeks after they had picked up from my house and 2 weeks after the "earliest delivery date". Their communication and transparency is awful. They never tell you upfront the whole process

Robbed ! These movers stole my personal property. They say it was misplaced but items are were missing form boxes and several boxes did not show up at all. Many items arrived damaged and in pieces. Moving is one of the most personal events in your life, Best Moving Van Line was assigned by my broker at Empire moving- a company that takes no responsibility for the theft. I echo every other review- it was THE WORST experience. THIEVES!!!!!

I cannot begin to implore you enough to reconsider using this company. We booked a move through US Standard Moving which had 4+ ratings. We are moving from Monterey to DC. We liked the sales rep, thought we got a fair price and expected a good experience. We were never told that our belongings would be picked up by a subsidiary moving company and that they would sit in a warehouse anywhere from 14-30 days before they were even re-loaded onto a different truck and sent to DC. Want to know why I thought they lost my wedding dress? Because I told them my wedding and formal dresses were to be shipped in an armoire box. Instead they wadded them up and shoved them in the bottom of a medium sized box with household items placed ON TOP of my wedding dress. I told them my artwork was extremely important. We moved from Ca to Tx and it was the worst experience ever. When we went through a broker and they totally under estimated the cubic feet that we had. Than came along Best Moving Van Lines and they wanted money every time they came to pick up anything, and they charged over $3000.00 for packing service and packing materials when we did 95% of the packing in boxes and totes. If I could give negative stars I would give -5. Be aware of this company run the opposite way fast.

They have no sense of professionalism, are rude and one of their supervisors apparently who we had the misfortune of working with "JAIME" actually extorted $200 out of us. He was telling us stories of how he "hides" stuff from his boss and how he almost went to jail. I should have taken that hint and run.

My family and I did a cross country move at which time we were quoted the price of $5000.00. As the process went from one stage to the next our moving information after we gave the deposit of $1741 was sold to a local company in out city Best Moving. They came without calling and packed the truck which for the most part was okay however they were packing until the wee hours of the morning then went on to slap us with a bill of well over $6000.00. I wish I had read reviews prior to booking. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It will never be worth any price they quote you. They are friendly and helpful on the phone PRIOR to the move, then during the move when they are late....or all of a sudden DOUBLE THE PRICE due to 'weight' ( I tried to call to confirm the weigh station they used and it seems like a SCAM, I can never get ahold of anyone) and HOLD YOUR BELONGINGS HOSTAGE until you pay the added $$$$...then are late with delivery regardless and argumentative...just avoid.
