Mike & Ryan Jacob SAVED us!!! We had an emergency during the recent big rains and we're here within a couple of hours!

Great job cleaning our carpet. Final price wasn't close to the quote, but he was willing to lower it from what he thought it should be to come closer to the initial quote (initial quote was done over the phone). Missed inside the linen closet and one of the bedroom closets, but the maybe because the linen closet door was shut and the closet that was missed was in the bathroom of the master suite. Not too big of a deal, but would've been nice for it to be 100% complete. Overall i would definitely recommend and use them again. Great customer service, great quality service, and overall a great experience

This family-owned business is a clear choice for floor cleaning in the area! I worked with Ryan, who was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He visited a couple days before the job to assess my former living space. I was given a reasonable quote for the entire house, including all carpets and tiled areas. Before the job a couple days later, he kept in constant contact to ensure he would arrive at a time that fit my busy schedule. The job was done thoroughly, and Ryan took the time to walk me through the space, answering my questions about the various types of flooring and the work he did

Choice Carpet Cleaning exceeded my expectations! After my husband destroyed my favorite rug by placing it on mud to walk on (long story) The guys from Choice came right on out the next morning and saved my husband from the dog house! I thought for sure the rug was ruined for good but they did such an amazing job. They had to clean BOTH sides too! They were extremely fast and came out to my home. Also very reasonably priced!

These guys are amazing. I was having a very bad day and needed my business carpets cleaned ASAP. Mike the owner was very helpful and even though this was a last min job he was able to put a crew together for the job quickly. He even came by during the job to make sure everything was being handled exactly to my specifications. His prices were very reasonable and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the firm.
