Had to call them at 3 am, Norman called back and was on location at 4am, unit was repaired and running in 20 minutes. This was after being out since 11pm the night before. I had called other “24 hr” companies, 3 to be exact, and getting nothing. I should have called them first! Price was much lower than I expected.

Great experience with Long A/C & their technician Norman! He was on time first thing in the morning after I reported an issue super late last night, and was done within an hour. Very professional and respectful of the current social conditions, he made sure my family was taken care of.
I've known of this company for years as they service where I work, so I somewhat already knew of the great work they provide. Thank you again, will definitely recommend Long A/C to anyone I talk to.

When I called them they responded quickly. I was referred to them by a friend who had currently use them and was very pleased with them. Said they are of the good O’Boys. They came out and ended up having to replace my condenser outside. The lines were cracked and the Freon had all gone out of it. My unit outdoors was a 2005, and the unit… upstairs was a 2012. So now I’ve got the new current unit with the updated equipment that I needed. This was all taken care of in one day. They were professional and very courteous. I would highly recommend them.

Long Air Conditioning has been taking care of my air conditioning problems for over 30 years. It is a family owned company & they respond promptly, 24 hrs. a day. Their service reps are always extremely polite and clean up after themselves. I am elderly & live alone & it%'s great to know I can count on them.

Prompt, professional and excellent service provider. We have used Long's AC several times in the past six years for two different houses and have always been completely satisfied with their recommended service, work and price. We were especially pleased that when one of our AC's went out on July 4th this year, their response and repair occurred within two hours and they did not charge us a higher price for responding on a holiday. We highly recommend Long's Air Conditioning for service and repairs.

These guys responded promptly and called to notify me of delay due to problem.with vehicle.

I can't rate this company high enough. They do everything they can to come out the day you call, they are very Knowledgeable and their pricing is very reasonable. We especially like Norman he has been to service our equipment on a few occasions, he is always on time, so helpful and definitely knows his job
