Moving a drain pipe after it was foamed in is almost impossible. It is like being stuck in cement. My contractor and I were able to dig out some of the foam and Chad was willing to stay longer until this was complete.
He then was able to use different fittings to place the drain in the correct location.

Rick used a trenchless system to replace my watermain. When doing it he destroyed my concrete driveway; broke it in several places. He put caulking over the cracks, said "sorry" and walked away with leaving me with a crumbling driveway. If something goes wrong do not trust this business to stand behind their work.

We had North Hill Sewer and Drain come out and do two different jobs for us. The first was an outdoor faucet replacement/repair and the second was connecting our first and second floor plumbing together, for a new septic system that was being installed.

I called North Hill Sewer and Drain with the problem that my hot water only runs for a short time in the shower. Then just cold water runs. This was about 9 am in the morning. Michelle worked hard to find me a plumber that could come in that afternoon. Chad the plumber came in at the appointed time, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He assessed what the problem could be and was able to fix it. By the time he left, I had hot water running as needed, especially when taking showers! Thank you for the prompt service, Michelle and Chad.

Did not use them but the guy was very honest and after he heard my other quotes, he told me the job was simple and to go with the lowest quote because this particular job was hard to get wrong. I respect his honesty.

My sinks been leaking since we installed our cabinets. I replaced the faucet once already. Leaking continued. I hesitantly called a plumber as this was obviously something I was not able to troubleshoot. Warren from north hill was very professional and fast. He quickly diagnosed the issue which was (spoiler alert) the faucet again. Long story short Warren found the problem, bought a new faucet, and replaced all the PVC plumbing beneath my sink just to be safe. If you are looking for experienced and honest professionals for any plumbing issues I would HIGHLY recommend North Hill Sewer and Drain

Rick and his team were a pleasure to work with. They discovered two major issues with my sewer line that needed to be repaired immediately. Initially I was told my concrete porch would need to be jackhammered up but Rick spent some time looking for alternatives and was able to come up with a solution so that could be avoided (thank you!). He was always very responsive and took his time to explain everything to me thoroughly even when I asked more questions than necessary. They worked very quickly and their rate was incredibly reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs work

A leak into a downstairs basement closet (on a late Friday afternoon, of course) turned into a ceiling removing/multiple-pipe-replacing/HVAC-ductwork-excavating nightmare. But Rick and Warren showed up on the weekend (yes, weekend!) and got to work. It turned out to be a multi-day task as more issues arose but they they were professional, clean, friendly, fairly priced, punctual and most importantly, they got my kitchen back up and running! A new company out of Normandy Park, North Hill Sewer & Drain did not disappoint.
(My main sewer line was backed up.)
After a previous plumber connected me to the sewer but failed to use a "clean out", this resulted in extra work as in removing the toilet and trying to snake to the outside pipe. When this didn't work, it meant digging down to the transition outside pipe and hauling in larger equipment to snake it out.
Warren put in a two-way clean-out and cleared the line. He also went into the crawl space and noticed a 4" Abs pipe with the cap off so he glued it on

Rick and Warren made a weekend appointment to clear a grease clog deep in our kitchen drain ( Sunday morning). The appointment was tentatively Saturday afternoon, but that didn't work out. After accessing the issue they had a plan. The experience and expertise if this team showed in their confidence, results, and little time spent doing the work.
They cleared the kitchen drain with and electric 75 foot snake, making sure it went all the way in 75' to maximize grease clearing. They filled the kitchen sink and let it drain all at once to test, capped the two vents that were opened
