Very pleasant experience. Shane was very nice. After I showed him what I needed, he gave me an estimated cost and after I approved the estimate, got to work. About two hours later, he was done. I was very pleased. If I hadn't known someone had been there, I would never guessed. Very neat and tidy. I was very happy with our service technician, Tommy.

From the dispatchers to the technician Jonathan that took care of our job they were very professional, diligent and knowledgeable. Not only did they communicate delays and helped to manage expectations but when Jonathan got onsite he began working immediately to remedy our issue coming fully prepared to take care of the deep clog issue and back up we were dealing with. Not only was the work outstanding but the level of energy and care put into the job was evident even though I could tell Jonathan was really tired. Kudos to the team over there

Abram arrived within the scheduled window of service. He was very knowledgeable and was quite thorough. Totally on top of his game. Thankfully he did not reek of cigarettes; he removed his shoes inside my house and wore a mask throughout the service call. Everything was completed quickly, neatly, and expertly. Not only an incredibly competent plumber but a true gentleman. I'm so glad we found Cardinal!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Gary Guay and another kind technician. They came to do a simple fix for my toilet but unfortunately, an unforeseen event cascaded into a larger incident with my old water heater. Luckily I had the guys already here to help resolve it. Gary and his team helped give a great and fair price, procure parts, and replace the water heater with incredible speed. Sometimes life happens but I had a great team there to support. Would definitely recommend this organization.

Contacted Cardinal due to increased condensation on AC unit. Cardinal overall was very responsive and provided updates on my appointment. I especially appreciated Cardinal sending information & a picture of the person who would be conducting the service. Carlos was the second person to come out, he was very professional and informative. We will have to wait awhile to see if the issue resolves but felt confident in the options he provided if the issue persisted (without him trying to sell us another service) even if it was to use another company to address the problem. Definitely would recommend

We heartily recommend Cardinal plumbing Heating & Air Inc! Our AC wasn’t working on one of the hottest days of the summer. Cecil came out to our home the same day we requested assistance… he was knowledgeable and very polite. Within minutes after he arrived, he was able to solve the problem. Excellent customer service. I booked my appointment online via chat how convenient. Jonathan was on time. He notified me when he was on his way. He inspected our three-story home to determine why the water bill was so high. After running diagnostics, he found out that our water meter is not working correctly. I will be calling the county with that… information. We bought our home without an inspection. Jonathan was kind and patient with all of our questions. He checked everything from the sump pump to the bathrooms. Once the county fixes the meter, we would like to book a service with him

Sunday afternoon I called Cardinal Plumbing because out of the blue my basement started smelling like moldy. For my surprise I got an appointment for Monday at 2pm. On Monday 10/19 Abram Everist arrived in my house prompt at 2pm and I received a text message just a few minutes before he arrived saying that he was on his way. To many a long story short, I will make a list of things he did in one visit.
