My name is Jeff Granius. My wife Tina and I are the proud owners of Jeff's Comfort Services LLC. I had 3 highly rated companies come out to quote the work I needed done, which included a new AC with multiple zones. Jeff was by far the most knowledgeable, professional, transparent, and all around just a good guy. I typically don't write many reviews, but was so impressed with Jeff and satisfied with the service provided, I was compelled to do so. As an owner of a business its imperative that our HVAC system works flawlessly. We contacted Jeff at Jeff's Comfort Services and we set an appointment to have our shop ac system inspected. Jeff was on time , very Professional and took the time and effort to explain everything to my wife and myself that was going on with our system. Jeff didn't push us to purchase a system, he gave us ideas and ways to extend the life of our old unit (which most other companies would not do) we decided to have Jeff give us a quote on replacement and much to our surprise he cam back to us with a price we could not

Jeff responded quickly when we our A/C went out even though we had not been a customer previously. He got us up and running quickly when our previous provider could not. We worked with Jeff to replace our 10-year old system and he made sure we made the right choices and spent all the time needed to ensure everything was properly tuned. I've worked with other providers in the past but will recommend to Jeff to anyone who needs service/replacement of the HVAC system.

Jeff is simply amazing. He is incredibly knowledgeable and excellent at explaining air conditioning concepts. He is also a great listener. I am convinced there is no one better in the business. Jeff came out and talked with me about some issues I was having with the AC. He recommended not doing AC maintenance through him until my warranty period was over on my current AC (new construction house). He actually was looking out for my good not his own. I used Jeff's company for a maintenance plan at my last house and will use no other company for maintenance, repair and any other air conditioning needs

Another company suggested that we needed to replace our air conditioner, so we called Jeff’s Comfort service for a second opinion. Jeff fixed the problem within 30 minutes after arriving. After going a day without A/C, my only regret was not calling them sooner. They are probably the most skilled, honest and reliable HVAC contractor out there. We will be lifelong customers for sure.

Jeff is the most knowledgeable and kind air conditioning professional , I have ever used. He will have a lifetime customer in me. I own a small rental cottage and my tenants have been there for 6 years. The ac was struck by lightening at the hottest time of the year and Jeff saved the day. He was very helpful and kind and explained everything to my tenants. He diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and had the ac up and running in a day. Wonderful person to deal with. My a/c stopped working in the heat of summer. I have a home warranty and they had their contractor get in touch with me. I would have had to wait over 2days before someone could come out.
I was referred by a friend to Jeff's Comfort Services. They came out the following afternoon. I had called late the previous day so I thought that was great. Steve came out and couldn't have been better. Very nice and explained everything. He had the part and replaced the broken motor. The price was very reasonable and my ac was running like a champ within the hour. Great job. I would recommend!!

Let me tell you what this guy did....I contacted him and explained what I needed and what I did NOT need. I said that I needed a yearly service without finding hundreds of dollars of "desperately needed" repairs. I said that I needed a yearly service without having a bull sh** maintenance agreement shoved at me. I said that I needed a yearly service without the hassle. And do you know what he did? He did just that. Came out, spent nearly two hours on a yearly service, and magically did not find that my system was nearly ruined and needed to be replaced in the next month or the entire

If I could rate Jeff and his company 10 stars it would still not be enough. My home is a custom built home only 4 years old and it was built by a very reputable builder. Sadly, some things just get missed. My HVAC system was one. My air handler looks more like 10 years old rather than 4. And our comfort level was totally unsatisfactory. The original installer never responded to several calls and subsequent service companies failed to properly address the issues.

We just moved to Lakewood Ranch and we needed an AC repair to come by the house as there was a high-pitched noise coming from our return vent. I called Jeff (found him here on Yelp), and not only was he prompt, but he was quick to diagnose the problem (which was a super easy fix), fixed it, and provided us some additional tips on getting the most out of our AC. He was very thorough (I asked him to do a quick check of the system), and found a few other small things which were also quick, easy, and cheap fixes. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He will be our "go to"

I can't express enough my gratitude for Jeff's Comfort Service. We reached out to Jeff a year ago when we moved into our home because we felt the air inside the house wasn't being distributed right through the house. He explained everything to detail, took his time and explained our options without making us feel pressured whatsoever. I've used 2 other A/C companies over the last 6 years. Glad that I finally found a company that I can actually see keeping for the long term. Folks, it doesn't get better than this. Tired of having each minor repair cost 3 times what it should?
