I first had Eco Bay clean our windows last year, they did a great job. We have a lot of old windows and they leak if pressure washed. Eco Bay washed all of them, inside and out, by hand with no mess. The windows looked great.
So when winter came, I called them out again to clean the gutters. They came out next day, cleaned out the downspouts and gutters and picked up the mess.
They are friendly, reasonable, and professional.

Eco Bay washed our windows quickly, thoroughly, and for a very good price. Nahum's team of about 4 people set up to remove and clean all the screens, work inside with booties over their shoes, and work outside on the glass. They did not miss a single window and the view is amazing. It's so clear that we can't even tell there is glass in the windows! Very happy.

Nahum of Eco Bay Cleaning was very responsive to my inquiry. He came over and gave me a fair estimate for window cleaning and power washing of my patio and garage. On the day of, he and his crew were on time and were efficient. The best part of Eco Bay Cleaning was the customer service from Nahum. He went the above and beyond and replaced the dryer vent hose. And when I texted the next day saying there were streaks on the windows, he came back to make it right. I will absolutely call Eco Bay Cleaning again when its time to clean my windows.

He is responsive, friendly, and considerate in all the communications over the phone as well as through texting and emails. Nathan arrived 15 minutes early with his crew of two additional workers for each job.
The first job which they did 2 months ago, was gutter cleaning on my 2-story house. Excellent job and the clean up was better
than when they had arrived. His pricing was competitive. I had used my previous company for 7 years but they went out of business due to covid. Thus I was forced
to find a new company. I was lucky to find Ecobay recommended by neighbors.
Today Ecobay Cleaning Solutions cleaned my windows on the exterior upstairs. This is the second job that they have done for me. The windows look great

Nahum and team were fantastic in cleaning out my second story gutters and downspouts and also installing gutter guards. He brought two people with him to help. All were masked up as well.
The price is fair and Nahum takes great pride in his work. The before and after pictures of my gutters were eye opening.
They made sure all the downspouts were training properly and there were no blockages in them or the gutters. After that they installed the gutter guards (purchased separately by me).
I will definitely be using them for any future services needed and highly recommend them.

Nahum and his team were incredible.
They went above and beyond in helping my parents clean their roof, even helping patch a hole they found!
This was no ordinary cleaning either. This was a 2 story, very steep, and complicated spanish tile roof. There was so much to clean that it had created a dam and started flooding into the house. They cleared the dam, cleaned everywhere else on the roof, didn't crack any tiles and took before and after photos after helping patch a hole.

I really love my clean windows! The owner was really friendly and helpful and they even accommodated an extra last minute request the replace the screens. I wanted to give them 5 stars but I noticed lots of dirty finger prints on the walls inside the windows and on the stair banister. Our walls are very white and I had just painted the night before so it was disappointing to see them marked up again. The workers should also be washing their hands more often considering Covid. But other than the marks on the walls, I really liked their service.

Nahum and his partner, of Eco Bay Cleaning Solutions were outstanding. It began with Nahum stopping by the house to give us an estimate. Honestly, I was holding my breath, because we have very challenging Windows to access. His estimate was unbelievably reasonable.
On the day they were scheduled to clean the windows it rained. They cleaned all the windows indoors and came back the next day to clean outdoors. When I say clean, I really mean clean, the windows sparkled, the tracks were white again and the cobwebs were swept away!
