The guy who inspected our espresso machine didn't know much about the machine he was working on. He went outside to make calls and even eat his lunch in his car. I later received a bill for all this time that he wasn't working on our stuff. This is yet another company that can't bill honestly. There are better and more honest places to get service. Go elsewhere.

After dealing with a horrific experience with Service I decided to choose this company. I called on Monday late afternoon. The lady on phone was very pleasant. The service man came the next morning to assess. He ordered the part and they called me earlier than expected and installed it quickly! It was painless. The service man Rich was courteous, so organized, and very competent! The prices were fair and I would definitely recommend this company. This is how you run a business!! Thank you very much..
