Walter is on time and works very hard .
He came back with the additional part on JULY 4TH!!.
Not sure why others have rated low...
People may expect his truck to carry all parts for all models - which is not reasonable.
Walter ordered a part for my Samsung dryer on Monday - it came in Tuesday and he offered to install it immediately.
The part was just installed and we will be doing laundry today . We don't expect any problems but if there are - I trust that Walter will take care of it. A dryer is an appliance ...there are only so many parts that can go bad. So I do not recommend SAMSUNG FRONT

My ice maker stopped working, they came out and said I needed a new one after taking it apart. I gave a cash deposit so they could order one and install it once ready. Later that night my ice maker started working again. They said they would refund me but still nothing after countless calls where they say they are working on it. Been almost 3 months now. I will change my review if they make this right.

I WARN ALL OF YOU! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. THEY COME TO YOUR HOUSE GET A $65.00 DEPOSIT AND THEN PROMISE YOU THEY WILL CALL WHEN THE PART IS IN AND THEN YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN! THEY DON'T CALL YOU BACK AND THEN HANG UP ON YOU WHEN YOU TRY TO TALK TO SOMEONE.

Walter worked extremely hard to fix our outdoor fireplace, (the placement of the access panel is awful) after repairing it, it stopped working. Walter came back out and fixed it at no additional charge and it is still working. I only gave 4 stars because I didn't like that you call OC Appliance Repair and they are actually a referral company and not the actual repair company, that should be stated. I would call Walter again, our outdoor fireplace is a ridiculously expensive unit and therefore the cost to repair is a lot, thank you Walter

The service is terrible. Our ice in dispenser is broken. I contacted Ace Appliances, and the service man asked for $200 to fix it. I paid him, and he simply unplugged the the cord from the electricity and plugged it back in. Coincidently, the dispenser began to work. He left immediately saying that there was nothing else for him to do. Almost as soon as he left, the dispenser stopped working again. I have contacted them several times, and they have not returned my call. I strongly recommend against hiring this company. They cheat.

They arrived on time. The repair was done in a timely manner. The challenge I had was when the payment was processed. They did not honor the 20% discount that was posted on the website. I am a new customer and the ad said they would give me a discount on the labor if I used their service. I did use their service, and they didn't honor it even though I brought it up to the repair person, he said the discount was included in the price which wasn't posted. So in my book I didn't get it. It only amounted to $24, but on a total bill of $233 the $24 would have helped. I will not be using them again in
