Sobir did a fantastic job with my refrigerator! He was the 2nd option from my property management company, but he was here on time, and repaired my refrigerator (the fan had gone out) before the 1st guy ever contacted me! I am keeping his info for the next time!

I would suggest going with certified repairman for the brand. He made serval service calls. Could not get to the bottom of it suggested just replacing 3 very pricey parts to cover our bases. Then I called factory service on the way over that guy asked 3 questions and knew exactly what was wrong. It was a cheap insulation hose he had in his truck. The Frigidaire repair guy could not believe that the previous repair guy didn't know that.

We've had Profe Fix come out twice to repair our appliances. My mother having older appliances, things pop up all the time. He is very dependable, very professional, very knowledgeable and explains everything. If you call him, he will be out either that day or the next. Very reasonably priced.

Nice guy but he gave me only a 30 day warranty on his work and 31 days later, I called him because the fridge was still freezing up and he said he can not help me without charging me again. I just don't think that is fair if you stand by your work this should not be an issue only 30 days later. I would look elsewhere and get a longer warranty with someone that stand by what they said!

Sobir is knowledgeable, professional and ethical. He was very responsive. He not only installed the convection fan for my oven, he waited and gave me time to clean the floor under the stove. After many calls to other repair companies, it was a relief to find Sobir who was nice and responsive.

Sobir is an excellent technician. He found the problem right away, gave me a fair quote, left to get the parts, returned, fixed the problem all in a remarkable time frame. He even had to travel to Santa Ana to get the parts. I highly recommend Profe Fix Appliance to fix any appliance and he's definitely "our guy" to go to in the future.
