I feel like I was charged a premium because I'm a woman. The tech wore his mask for 2 seconds as he entered my house reeking of smoke and lowered it back down right after. As I explain the problem with my washer he completely ignored anything I had to say and even picked up a call and carried a conversation in Farsi as I was talking to him. He spent 5 minutes unscrewing the bottom to open the front panel to discover a mask had clogged my filter. He handed me the filter and told me to clean it and that cost me $125. When I expressed it seemed a high for what just happened he said it was

Zach arrived promptly. Showed up half an hour before the scheduled time slot, calling first to see if that would be alright. His diagnostic was quick and didn't attempt to overcharge me or quote me on unnecessary repairs. I recently moved, and shortly after, my washer stopped working. I assumed the movers did something to mess it up a little. (On accident). Zach was able to quickly repair the loose motor. He accepted Venmo which is convenient because my checkbook was still packed. So thankful for honest workers.

I didn't use them because Zack explained to me what the issue was and had me contact the manufacturer. He could have come out and charged me the service fee but instead helped me out via messaging and without charging me. I can't thank him enough. Contacted LG and they indeed had someone come out and fix my 3 yr old fridge free of charge. Thanks Zack!

I hired OC PAR to do some repairs on a rental unit about a month ago and have not been able to get ahold of Zach since. My tenant told me he did some work but it was minimal compared to what I was told. After a few weeks, I received a charge to my credit card without any explanation. Since then, I made multiple calls and text messages with no returned calls for weeks. Not sure what happened since many of the reviews appeared well. As of now, they are MIA and I cannot get ahold of them.

After he used the facilities, he looked at our problematic stovetop and oven, and without explaining what was wrong or what he needed to do to repair the issues, he blurted out a lump sum price. I had to press on him to break down the price to labor and materials, what exactly was wrong, which parts he had to replace, how long it would take him to fix, etc.

I was recommended to use these guys from a few people that have used them for years. I have to agree with the overwhelming majority of the 5 star reviews I've read. Max arrived earlier than promised and got my dryer working in no time. I had to wait 1 day for the part to arrive but other than that the service was amazing. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing appliance repair. Very reasonable pricing and outstanding workmanship.

Called Zach at OC Pacific Appliance Repair to see if he could fix our stove. He added us to his schedule the next day to diagnose the issue. He was very professional and was able to quote us the part and told us he'd have someone install it when he got it in. *Side note we had previously called another company that came out to diagnose the issue and that person broke the drawer that the stove sits on and the gentleman (I didn't catch his name) that came out to install the part today not only fixed our stove, but fixed the drawer that the other guy from the company I wouldn't recommend

I've hired Zach in the past and he has been great. Recently I had a call in for refrigerator maintenance and a possible fix for moisture in the fridge. He said $65 to come out and it would go towards any work done. Zack was out of town and a different guy came out. I wanted to get the dust cleaned on the condenser, but was told cleaning the dust would be $150. It was too steep for me so I didn't pay it. I chatted with Zack about it and he is always fair and ensures great customer service.

Max called 10 mins ahead of appointment time and showed up on time. Max explained in details why my washer did not work properly. He told me what he was going to do/check the control board in the back of the machine. He showed me the board and did not mind to show me a website to order parts when needed. Later, he estimated all parts and labor fee for the next service if needed.

Our ice maker quit dispensing ice on our LG fridge. I contacted the company through Yelp for a quote, got a response and made the appointment. Max came, figured out the problem, gave me a couple of options to repair it (one short term and less money initially- but it might break down again, the other, to fully replace the unit at a bit higher cost initially but then most likely it wouldn't break down again). My stackable 25 yr old washer was not rinsing water, it would just fill and stay. After searching many reviews and locations that can come out, this business responded to my inquiry on a Saturday night and were at my place first thing Sunday morning.
Father and son combo, were in and out of my place within an hour, fixed the transmission of the washer for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

Our 17-year old GE Monogram(built-in) refrigerator has had issues for several years and we've gone through many repair services and similar problems recur at worse levels. My wife and I had literally started looking for a replacement that would range from $3,000 to $13,000 until we came across OC Pacific.
All it took was a 15-minute service call at $65. Zach had a careful look after hearing about the symptoms, gave us his diagnosis and offered us two options

Wow! I am so impressed by this company. We had an issue with our refrigerator water filter and so we planned to have them come fix this. It's a small issue but a major headache for our house since we don't have ice or cold water! An hour after I submitted for quote on Yelp, they called us and helped us FIX this problem. thank you thank you!! After hours of trying to fix this!
