We called executive appliance services after smelling what we thought was a propane leak
Near our stove. Justin Parker and a colleague came out and spent two, very thorough hours
Diagnosing and repairing the problem. Both technicians were extremely polite and courteous.

This company installed most of my appliances almost a year ago (vent hood, fridge, and oven) and things went well. They were on time and all of the appliances were installed. However, about 10 months later, one side of the vent hood started getting loose and falling off the ceiling. I've tried to get in contact with their installation department for the past 6 weeks and haven't heard a single response. We had a new stove/oven and the oven stopped working. Parts had to be ordered and it took a long time to receive them and our service call was cancelled and rescheduled twice. Needless to say, I called this company many times and every time everyone I spoke with was polite and kind and were helpful trying to get the situation resolved. Out part was finally shipped and Gabe was able to come out and fix our oven. Thank you!!

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. From the first phone call to the date of service everything was a delight. Ryan McDonald was our service technician and he was an absolute sleuth figuring out how to fix our Ventahood. Aside from being thoughtful and tidy, he is smart, conscientious and kind. I called Executive Appliance Services after another company came and tried to fix the hood. Would give negative stars to both Executive Appliance Services *and* Viking Professional appliances if I could.

We moved into a house in San Diego last September with 5 year old Viking Professional appliances. The oven on the range did not work at all. Technician came out. Spent less than 5 minutes. Ryan from Executive Appliance fixed our Viking dishwasher today. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. While he was here, I mentioned that I was having problems with my oven range as well. It was still under warranty, but Viking required a serial number to activate the warranty. Both Viking and Pacific Sales (where I purchased the oven) told me to look for the serial number on the oven door. Appliances. I have a Vikings Freezer and the door wasn't closing properly. They charges me $ 193.50 to send a technician to diagnose the problem. afterward they sent me an invoice for $ 1,100 that the spring, hinge,bar need to be replaced!!! I was surprised and tried to contact them to get an explanation but wasn't successful. I hired a local contractor and he fixed the issue in half an hour and just charged $ 60. DO NOT TRUST EXECUTIVE APPLIANCE SERVICE. They will RIP YOU OFF.

A technician arrived Friday, December 19. We had told the company that my Viking double ovens didn't seem to be getting to the correct temperature, and taking a long time to get near the appropriate temperature.

The tech said your ovens aren't warming up correctly? We said correct. He took pictures inside the oven of the serial/model number and he left!!!! He wasn't in our house 5 minutes. He NEVER TURNED ON THE OVEN to test it. He said the office would call us with the price of new thermostats.

If I could give zero stars I would. The team at executive appliance has been unable to repair an appliance I purchased -'d had them working on for over 2 months now. And instead they have only made things worse. Every time I call all I get is the operators and they cannot help. When I try to speak with a supervisor I get voicemails and no call backs. The fact that a company like this is able to stay in business is beyond me. Only reason I am still using them is because the appliance I purchased has to be serviced by them for any warranty issues. This company does NOT have Covid safe practices and I can see why they have all the poor reviews. I do not take righting poor reviews lightly, as I know that many people are struggling now, however, when a company so flagrantly ignores the safety of my family and the community I feel I need to alert others who want to know who they can trust to safely enter their home during this time for repairs.

VIKING oven would not heat/broil. Called Executive and they sent Ryan McDonald to fix. Diagnosed problem and ordered part. Took Ryan less than 5 min. to install part when it arrived. Been living in Fountain Valley for 40 yrs, and never had a better experience on an appliance repair. Outstanding service from home office to their techs! Thanks Ryan!

We have an 18 year old viking dual oven and neither oven was working. After having 2 previous repairmen attempt to fix it and fail, I was Thrilled that Joe from EAS was able to repair them. He quickly assessed the issue, he had ignitors on his truck, I needed 3, he replaced them and cleaned up, he was efficient and professional from the start! And the billing was fair, actually far less than I was quoted from previous repairmen. I highly recommend Joe at EAS!

The absolute worst customer service. We have a brand new Viking 7 series that was installed less than a week ago. Has not been working properly since. They sent someone to come look at it this morning. Their tech came and looked at it for less than 20 minutes. Hardly looked at the oven. Then left. When or chef arrived today to cook lunch for our 20 guests the oven was again not working. It was set to 550 degrees for over an hour. We moved into a home with all Viking Appliances. Nice....until something goes wrong.... Looking through the Yelp reviews of companies that Viking recommended for repair, Executive Appliance Services, looked like the best of the bunch. Being that I needed an outdoor kegerator looked at, it took a few days before they could schedule someone to come out, as it's a specialty product. But hey, if you can't survive a few days without cold beer, then the problem is yours.... Sure enough their technician Rafael was on time and very friendly.
