Very helpful and knowledgeable. I called in an emergency situation, 13 minutes before closing on a Saturday to get an obscure refrigerator part, and the guy took the time to look it up, plus look at a competitor's inventory to check if THEY had it. Next he checked on Amazon for me, and advised me of the best plan to get it quickest--even though he did not stand to gain my business on the transaction! I will definitely look them up if I need another part! Kudos!
