I called Myers to locate and pump my septic tank. It took a while to locate and he had to come back with a camera but the guy persevered and the tank was located 3’ down. He suggested I install a riser to make it easier to pump in the future which I agreed to do. When he installed the riser the cylindrical riser section was just placed lose on top of the concrete tank without any sealant or adapter. He said that’s the way the company that sells it said they are installed. After he left I search online for septic tank risers and installation and found there are adapter rings that are is used

We just had Myers Septic come out to fix our septic tank and Justin did an awesome job! He was honest, hard working, clean, helpful and very knowledgable about what our problem was. We discovered that when we had another company (Rowan Septic) come out, they had only pumped out the liquid side and had left the filter and the solid side unpumped. Due to this, we had to have it pumped out every two years and have kept a chronic problem with it. From now on, we will only use Myers Septic! Thank you Myers and Justin!

This company was recommended to us by our neighbor who had their septic tank pumped before. Call was answered quickly to make appointment, had to wait a week or two for them to come out but that wasn’t an issue.
Technician arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and professionally, and left everything cleaned up and in good shape. Price was very fair. I highly recommend Myers for your septic needs, and will be using them again if I need anything in the future

My toilet was not working, I had contacted another company and was told that I would need to get a new septic pump, and that it would costs $4000. I contacted Myers septic for a second opinion. They explained everything to me, and two days later they came and fixed the problem, and for way less than $4000! I really appreciate them resolving my issue in such a short period of time. I highly recommend them.
