I called at noon after being let down by 2 different septic tank pumping company’s and Clearwater told me he would be at my house after dark, 4pm and he was rolling in my driveway. Completely awesome to deal with and very informative. Hands down will be using them in the future!!

Reginald and his coworker were really responsive in helping me identify the problem with my septic tank pump and getting it resolved. I was back up and running that day even though it was a weekend and the fact that many pump distributors were closed.

I called on a Saturday afternoon and he picked up right away. I spent 15 min on the phone with him and he walked me through several test for my septic system and help me fix it over the phone. Great company, I would strongly recommend them!

Reginald scheduled us for our septic tank to be pumped out on Thursday morning. We discussed and agreed to having risers installed to make future servicing easier. Friday this was completed. All the work was done quickly andd professionally. Highly recommend this company.

I can’t say enough about Reggie and Mark. We had alarms going off due to septic level on a weekend and couldn’t find anyone to help. Reggie not only took my call but assisted a family hosting a wedding before coming out to my house on a Saturday afternoon. He assessed the problem and put in place a temporary solution which would get us to Monday. So thankful. Then, he calls on Sunday to tell me he got the new pump and would install the solution on Sunday for us. I could not have been more grateful. These guys fixed the problem and also helped me understand my system (new homeowner) to service

My septic tank alarm was going off the other day. I searched for septic tank service near me and Clearwater septic was the only ones available so late on a Saturday. They fit me in their schedule and even came after business hours on a Saturday. They were very professional and showed me why my septic tank pump was not working. Unfortunately the problem had caused my pump to fail and backed my entire septic system up. I had family coming to town the next day and didnt know what I would do. Thankfully Reginald and his team was able to find a replacement pump and came back on a Sunday and stayed on
