The gentleman that answered the phone said he would have someone be out that the driver will call me to schedule and tell me the ETA. The driver called said he would be here about 12:00 12:30 then he calls me back says 1:00 1:15 all that was a text I'm sorry then I'm sitting here for 2 hours then I get a phone call The driver went by my house seeing I had a rebel flag out front that I would have to find someone else that he has two black drivers that I would have to find someone else I'm sitting here with a septic tank backed up and they're going to worry about flags in the front yard what kind

This review is for the new owner, David, out of the Winston-Salem location. He really turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. My septic tank was not in the location identified on the old map given to me at closing last year. I called David's service number Sunday evening expecting not to hear anything until Monday. He immediately called me back and initially set up the appt. For Tuesday morning. He came out Monday evening and took care of the issue. Apparently my tank had not been cleaned out in 20 years. It was completely full. All is well and I am extremely happy with the professionalism

Worst company ever do not use them they charge me $1200 to pump my tank. And hydra jet my line I told him it was damaged due to a tree truck driving over it told him where it was damaged and they did not dig it up and fix it and stead they Hydro jetted the line which did not work and it is still leaking in the same spot. And has since then been leaking in several places in the yard. This was over six months ago I called several times and asked the owner to come out and he said he would and he kept making up excuses when the time would come and would never show up so they took my money didn’t

I had an emergency an my toilet was backing up in the sink. I literally called almost a dozen places an they were all booked up til the middle of next week an said they couldn't help me an had no one cause it was a weekend. I called them an he had an opening the very next day. They showed up an got the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. And the price was very reasonable an by far the cheapest I found. Thanks for doing such a great job.

My wife called because my work schedule would not allow me to take care of it myself.
She calls me frantic telling me they want $1400. We can’t afford it so I told her to have him pump it and go. Now he fakes some sort of discount process and comes to $800. We agree to it. He pumps our tank $225, changes the filter $175, and then charges $400 to vacuum out the drain pipe? He used the same vacuum as to pump it out, so it was $400 to vacuum the line with the same equipment?
All in all, the guy wasn’t rude or nasty but when he left my wife felt like she had been taken advantage of and called

I called Eagle Septic Pumping and they came out when I needed them to handle my septic issues. They are very professional and did the job right. Very courteous and they took the time to show me what was going on with my system. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend their services to anyone.

I would never recommend them. The first guy who came out was clueless. He installed a new pump but did not secure it down. In a week our septic pump failed again as the pump was floating freely in the tank. The next guy lost the pump bolts and tried to get them at Lowe's. We had to wait for Eagle Septic to order new bolts from the manufacturer. This took a week. Then when they eventually came to install it properly the guy was not installing the piping correctly. My husband, who is a civil engineer specializing in pipes, drainage and water systems, asked him what he was doing and the Eagle Septic
