We had an appointment for their service last Friday, they called on Thursday to cancel and reschedule due to truck problems, understandable, not a problem. New appointment was set for today between 9a-11a , no show, I called the office, lady says you’re down for 12p-4p, I explained that it was scheduled between 9-11, “oh they must have had something come up.” Now I just get a call saying they will come tomorrow between 9-11. My husband took off work today to be here. Needless to say I canceled and will not be depending on them to honor their appointment times. Just a heads up, would not recommend

I decided to try Carolina Septic Pro because of all the good to great ratings they had; however, here a some of the things that happened that made me write this review. Starting off it took 6 weeks from initial contact to finally having a new septic tank in my yard. The time frame wasn't the issues it was the lack of communication that made me irritated with this company. The first time Cage and Eddie came out to sump out the tank they could not find the tank and told me to call someone to find it for them at an additional cost to find it. Luckly I had a neighbor who actually knew where my septic

Randy and Tom came out and pumped our septic and cleared out the drain field. They were very professional and informative. I know a lot more about how my septic system works and how to maintain it to work properly and keep from having future problems. If you have any septic issues this is the company you should use!

I can't rave enough on how professional, nice, informative and just plain old kind Gage and Eddy were. They were prompt, polite and kept me informed on all of the next steps. I just purchased my first home and was a bit overwhelmed will all of the work that will be needed or at least what others told me would be needed. These guys put my mind at ease not just with the septic system but with other things I have going on with the house. These are some stand up guys working for a stand up company. Not one to leave reviews. But this was just a let down. I am a contractor and my customers expect me to have the tools to do the job I advertise for. I called with a septic tanking backing up. I got the owner on the phone and notified him that the septic guy that was supposed to clean out the tank when I bought the house could not find it. He said no problem they are professional and will get it taken care of. Long story short I had to find another company to help me out. All the problems to why they could not locate the septic or dig it up was taken care of by the others with no problem or hesitation

Carolina Septic Pro was a pleasure to work with. I just purchased my home and found out I needed a complete septic system installation from the County. I spoke to a few other contractors and chose Carolina Septic due to their knowledge and their professionalism. Yes, they were a bit higher in price but you get what you pay for. Mother Nature was tough to deal with but that is beyond anyone else’s control. They worked with me and kept me updated on the process. I highly recommend them for your septic system service.
