I called on Saturday morning of Thanksgiving weekend at 7:45am after calling 5 other companies the previous night. I expected to leave a message like I did with the others and to my suprise, they actually answered the phone! The lady I spoke with was very courteous as well as apologetic that they could not come out that day but booked us for very first thing the following Monday morning. They called Monday morning at around 7:45 and were at our home before 8:30am. The Gentlemen that came out were very professional and quick to find and fix the issue and honest about the entire process explaining

this company has the worst customer service , i was told they would come out the next day, later told a day or 2 , then not till next week...very upset of the lack of professionalism, had to hire another company that gave a day and time and actually showed up.

Had them come out and clean and test septic lines, during the process had septic tank pumped and access risers installed, they were very helpful and answered all my questions and explained what they were doing as services were performed. I will be using them for future services. Great guys to work with.

Had them scheduled a day in advance to come pump out our tank. With the day winding down and having spent the day waiting I called around 3:00 to see if and when they were coming as I needed to do a few things...At 4:42 I got a call saying they wouldn't make it. Pathetic customer service.

Do not use this dishonest and unethical company...They told me I needed a brand new septic tank ($7000.00) when I didn't. I had it repaired with another company for $400.00 and it's great. Talked to several friends and they have been ripping people off for years telling people they have to replace their septic tanks when they dont' especially if they are older....Shame on them!!!

Be careful with this unethical sleazy company. The last time they came out, they pulled the cover off the septic tank, and declared I had an "emergency". I needed $325 treatment IN ADDITION TO THE $175 pump out fee. I went for it. Now I know I was taken. The $325 treatment was not needed and in fact a way, in my opinion for them to make more revenue. Do not use this company. If you do, be careful of their sleaze ball tactics.
