If you’re looking for a professional, honest and reliable company with great customer service this is the company for you!! They are amazing and will not do what so many companies do with their bogus finds of problems that are bigger than what they really are. Another great experience with Jim from Orion.
Our AC shut down on Saturday afternoon of the July 4 weekend (naturally), and we had no hope of finding anyone to come out. Thankfully, we have a small portable AC so we could sleep.
Texted Jim Monday morning, and asked if he could come over and check things out. No hesitation, just 'Yeah, sure'.
Not only did he resolve the (simple) issue, but showed me how to check things out so I could fix it.
If you need AC work, call Orion. Jim and his crew are top notch.

Jim came out to save the day! It was a while back, I am reviewing his stellar service now. Another company had been ripping me off for years, replacing compressor and on and on on a new system (yes, some parts were under warranty, the labor and cooling fluid were not - $$). Last Summer I called Orion Air based on all the wonderful reviews I found online. All of those great reviews were spot on! At the time, my very old AC was out and Jim was there within a couple of hours to take a look and fixing the issue for the time that my old system had left. Jim was honest and explained to me, what a friend previously also had suggested, that it would soon be time to replace my entire system. Orion Heating and Air was the best! Very nice people, reliable, and fair pricing! I had a very old AC system. They tried their best to fix it (heating) and when they couldn't they gave me a great price on a new system. So glad I listened to the other yelp reviews and called them!
After 2 bad experiences with other companies in the area (over priced, canceled appointments, and didn't even want to attempt to fix the system because it was old) Orion was like night and day! Don't call any other company... just go with Orion!

I cannot recommend Orion Heating and Air enough! Always quick to respond and get you on their schedule. Professional, reasonably priced. We had an issue with the air and Jimmy didn't quit until he figured the mystery out! Maintenance or a service call, make Orion your first call!

Jim has been taking care of our heating and A/C system for many years. When we have an issue he responds very quickly, diagnoses the problem and fixes it as fast as possible. Last week our A/C went out, we called Orion and Jim came out in the morning. The problem was the fan motor in the air handler. Jim ordered a replacement and came back in the evening to install it so we would not be without A/C that evening. I know he must have been tired from working all day in the heat but he put our needs first. His prices are fair and he takes care of his customers. Highly recommend this business.

I had Jim from Orion come out for service call yesterday. My air handler was leaking water all over in the garage. He drained it, checked out the system, put freon in, and it's working great. He was professional and

Great experience with Orion Heating & Air. Jim, the owner, was over to my house directly after his current appointment; within an hour and a half or so. Prompt, with a phone call 15 minutes before letting me know that he was on his way.
He quickly and HONESTLY diagnosed the problem (a bad air exchange blower motor) and spent the extra time to get it replaced under warranty, saving me $650-$700.
My air conditioner was fully repaired in just a few hours and he charged me a reasonable $250.
It was so refreshing to find an air conditioning repair company that I fully trust and feel is honest

Wonderful service! I have a goodman wall unit and most companies don't work on the smaller units, so when i called, it was awesome that they were able to have someone come out the next day. Technician spent less than an hour and even showed me how to clean the filters myself. Extremely fair pricing(my normal AC guy confirmed) and super professional. Will definitely be using them again!

This is the first time I needed to call an A/C repair company. Orion was my second call because the first company couldn't come until the following day. With a newborn and living in Florida, we could not wait. Orion was able to come over to us within a half hour. The man that came I believe was the owner of the company. He was very nice. Even gave us tips on how to keep our unit clean to avoid it from dying. We truly appreciate how quick and trustworthy he was.

Wow, this company was great. We started with an email stating what I believed was the issue with my AC unit. Jim, the owner sent a reply within an hour or so, even though it was after hours asking for some more details of my system, which I replied. The next day I received the call from Jim, he found that the part was under warranty and gave me a set cost for fixing the unit. Now most people may not be able to diagnose a unit down to a failed part as I had already done, but Jim's communication was great and he was straight forward from the start. Great experience working with Jim. He responded on the app quickly and actually provided assistance other than just saying call for a an appointment. He took his time with tedious electrical work and even went to two different warehouses to get parts without hesitation. We purchased a home with a system that was much too small to cool it. We needed an entire new system. Being new to the area, I did my best to read reviews online and had three places come out for estimates.
Jim's was the best price along with his willingness to work with our strange set up. He didn't want to rush in, replace the system and leave, he wanted to maximize our air flow in our home. He took the time where the others didn't.
His work was wonderful. He is a friendly hard working guy and did a great job.
