Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
This company was horrible on the phone after I asked for a refund when the 3 technicians they sent out didn’t fix the real problem of a clogged drain and broken pipe. They only re-wired the thermostat. I am disgusted to know illegitimate companies like this one exist who don’t know what customer service is.

I have used Air Care before for repairs and have always been happy with the response time, the personnel, the technicians, the service provided, and the prices.
This time I called Air Care for an estimate on a new Air Conditioning System. (Another company had me convinced that I needed an entire new system for approximately $6,500.)

Had a technical question to avoid a unnecessary service call...Took a picture of the circuit board and Tammy had quickly determine that the board was bad...She ordered me a replacement.
I was able to get the remacment part quicky...back up and running.
When I need a service call I know what company to call from now on.

I called on a Saturday afternoon and Tammy answered the phone and was very helpful. She was able to trouble shoot my issue by just asking a few questions She was able to dispatch a tech out in just an hour from my call. Khoi arrived with proper ID and was quick to get things up and running again. I am very happy with the service I received and the air-conditioning is working fine once again thank you

Tammy is GREAT!!!! I had another company come out and gave me an estimate of $1300 to replace my air handler blower fan, after charging me a $95 diagnostic fee, (No problem with the diagnostic fee).
I called Air Care and Tammy answered and she asked me questions, and got me a quote on a new replacement motor (Rescue Motor). $385 and she explained it is pretty easy to change it out, so that's what I did. Tammy saved me $900 and I can't thank her enough. I will recommend Air Care from now on! THANK YOU!!
