We were in the process of a new build/remodel for our home. We had looked at many other flooring stores. None compare to what we experienced at Paradise Flooring.
Excellent customer service provided by Nelson. He asked us what we were looking for, what our needs were and provided us with recommendations for our vinyl flooring. We ended up choosing Karndean Korlok in Kona Koa for the new build and Texas White Ash for the existing remodel.
We had a few bumps along the way with our contractor and installation process, but Nelson was there to correct what needed to be done to install our floors properly

I was looking for flooring and was impressed by a friend's Swiss Krono flooring and asked her where she got it from. I called Paradise Flooring and Dan was incredibly helpful. In the end, I decided to go with a local Maui company because I was in a rush but if I had an extra week, I definitely would have gone with Paradise Flooring. Their selection is incredible and even with the shipping cost would have been comparable (if not less expensive than) than what I saw on Maui.

He is a great listener and has a ton of experience and knowledge about flooring, and also about home remodeling. I was renovating a condo that had 5 different kinds of flooring. This review is long overdue... we completed our whole home renovation throughout 2020 and had a challenging time finding flooring that were both high quality and met the aesthetic we wanted for our home. After going to various flooring suppliers and comparing various samples we chose the metroflor brand from Paradise flooring and were really happy with the results. We had another large area to floor and with budget constraints we went with a name brand flooring but a lower tier material. Paradise Flooring is the BEST! We were redoing our flooring as we were getting ready for the birth of our daughter and this was all happening during the "Stay Home Order" of the pandemic. I was looking for quality flooring products for my home renovation, but didn't want to go through Home Depot. Lance's warehouse has a variety of stocked vinyl for selection and was able to connect me with a carpet store (and physically met me there) to pick out carpet the same day. He made himself available after-hour for all the questions I had and provided comparison sheets on products offered. Needed to replace our toilet and decided to replace the flooring at the same time. Lance took the time to explain the differences in the various waterproof LVT they carry and recommended Metroflor in the Lanikai color to match my home's mid century/modern design. He had enough in stock that we were able to take it home that day.
After installing, all I can say is WOW. The flooring totally changed the look and feel of the bathroom!
At first with the toilet being the priority, we came in not caring much about what flooring we used, but it made all the difference and now, no one even notices

It was a pleasure working with Lance and his team at Paradise on updating our home with Swiss Krono laminate floors. We visited their showroom multiple times, and not knowing anything about flooring, they provided us so much education in the design process. I own a few investment properties and recently needed to do a remodel on kitchen and bathroom in an apartment. The original flooring was linoleum and called up Lance, the owner of Paradise Flooring for advice. He advised that based on the way the apartment is configured and that it's a rental I should go with something very durable like Luxury Vinyl. He had suggested a color that matched my vision for the kitchen and bathroom and would be a good contrast to the wood laminate flooring that covers the rest of the unit.
