Flooring 323, Inc. is a locally-owned and operated business which specializes in high-quality flooring and tile installation. We have been serving the needs of Oahu's residential and commercial builders, designers, property owners, associations, and architects for over a decade. Flooring 323, Inc. is owned and operated by Reid Sunabe, who began in the flooring industry in 2008.

Our crew is comprised of a team of certified and experienced flooring installers which strives to provide reliable and courteous installation while beautifying and protecting both residential and commercial spaces. In addition, Flooring 323, Inc. is fully licensed, bonded, insured and a member of the Hawaii Flooring Association.

Flooring 323, Inc.'s client list includes everything from high-rise apartment buildings in downtown Waikiki to high-end retail stores in places such as Ala Moana and Kapolei Shopping centers to multi-million dollar luxury homes to government contracts for Pearl Harbor and Tripler hospital.

Flooring 323 worked alongside our contractor for a detailed Jon at my Aunty's and Uncle's Kahala home. All the flooring, bathrooms and kitchen look completely fresh and modern. The pattern each flooring specialist installed for each area was unique to my family's specifications. Job well done!

We hired Reid and his crew to tile our new Offices and Warehouses in Campbell Industrial. We asked Reid to give us an awesome feel as you come through the front doors and make your way up the stairway. They did a fantastic job from start to finish and we certainly got our WOW look on the entry stairs. Thanks to everyone at Flooring 323 keep up the great work. Brian
