Best customer service EVER! Mark (owner) left no stone unturned helping us find discontinued bamboo flooring from YEARS AGO original installation. (We had water damage at entry door from hurricane wind and rain!) He finally found a box at the warehouse and sent it Fed Ex the next day. I have never known anyone to go that far out of their way to help. It arrived, it is the right product, we are truly grateful!

I went to see Mark at Bamboo Flooring Hawaii.
He was professional and showed me the various hardwood floors and styles he had available. We settled on a darker wood and trim. The product was available when promised and all in excellent condition. The installation went in without a hitch and Iām very happy with the finished product.

We were referred to this company from someone very experienced in doing renovations. The company offers bamboo flooring, but we decided to go with luxury vinyl tile, which looks like wood but requires less maintenance. Mark had a very welcoming and fun personality and was able to answer all our questions and help us choose the right product. The floors were just installed a few days ago, and we love it so much ā truly beautiful flooring that upgrades our place. I can easily recommend this company. WOW, what a great product!!! We just had the Koa Luxury Vinyl plank flooring installed a couple of months ago in our house and absolutely LOVE IT! It's beautiful, easy to care for, comfortable to walk on, has little to no maintenance required and stands up to heavy use and abuse without any signs of wear! And to top it off, it's beautiful and very rich looking. It really changed the whole look and feel of our home in a very positive way. Also, kudos to Mark and Norma and Bamboo Flooring Hawaii, who are great to work with and know their products and provide great advice and competitive pricing.

Mark and Norma are the best. We've bought from them on 3 different occasions. Hawaiian LVT for our back playroom and did our entire upstairs with Stand Woven Bamboo in Coffee. The floors look and feel amazing and the quality of their products are a much higher grade than the the typical contractor grade stuff you find at a retail home improvement store. Huge selection and always in stock.
