Porsche of Chattanooga is top notch. I was in there about a month ago and purchased a hat and loved the customer service so much that I went back to have my car service. I have been to other porsche dealership and didn't feel so welcome. Kyle in the service department was very helpful on what was going on with my car. He's the man.. I didn't mind driving the 2hrs

I found a pre-owned vehicle on Car Gurus. There weren’t any pictures so I reached out and within a couple hours Molly responded. Within 24 hours Jerry sent me pictures of the vehicle. They were great at… answering my questions via email. We drove from a nearby city to see the vehicle and Jerry was just as helpful face to face. I have to say the whole process went smoothly which is a pleasant surprise. Every person we came into contact with was friendly and we enjoyed speaking to them. I would buy from this dealership again in a heartbeat. Thanks everyone!

We have a 35 year old Porsche 944 and I drove it to the dealership to pick up a spare key I ordered. When I was leaving it wouldn’t start. We went into the service department to see if someone could look at it. There we met Wayne and Mike. They were super helpful. They ordered the parts needed to fix our car and made a list of items I asked them to check while it was there. Laura our service advisor contacted me after the parts arrived and provided a detailed estimate of the work to be performed. A few days later our car was ready to go. This was my first experience with a Porsche service department

I've never been treated better at an auto dealership. Jerry Hickey is the ultimate example of a great salesman. He and Jon Lancaster made my experience comfortable and fun. I was made to feel as welcome buying my Xterra as I would have been buying a Porsche.

Searching for a car for my wife I saw Porsche of Chattanooga had one listed online. I dropped by to look at it and met Mr. Blackwell. He didn't pressure me at all and let me take the car home for the wife to check it out. This made her decision very easy and pressure free. She loved the car, I drove back to the dealership and purchased the car. Will definately consider Porsche of Chattanooga on my next purchase (and I drive a truck).

Purchasing my Cayenne was one of the best car buying experiences my husband and I have ever experienced, from start to finish. Theresa Johnson was fabulous! She was so helpful and patient and never pushy. If she didn't have an answer for our MANY questions, she was quick to find out.
