This company submits fraudulent information! They turned over a fraudulent loan on a car that I have never purchased, or even seen!!! I never purchased a car from this company only test drove 1 vehicle & started the loan process when we decided to go another route .
I honestly hope this hasn’t ever happened or happens to anyone else because it’s a nightmare.
They only get 1 star because I had to give something to be able to place this review !
Stay away ….. because if they screw up they don’t even try to help you when it’s not your fault !

These people just charged my credit for $11k. for a account i have no knowledge about that was created this year when I haven’t been to their dealership at all. However, 3 or 4 years ago I voluntarily gave them a vehicle back that was not worth the price they charged me for it & they also took my 4-runner title and kept it after not letting me get my items out of the vehicle. It was a black 2001 nissan x-terra. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Bought car paid cash and never got title. Took 3 months and a had to return because car was stolen with this ones vin reported. Got it fixed and took car back home and filed for title. Came back as a salvage in another state. Still haven't gotten car titled yet to date

These people will try to convince you that only angry people write reviews. They will try to explain away their low rating. Don't trust them. There is a reason so many people are angry.
Chattanooga Motors is ripping people off left and right. They are liars and con men. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Chattanooga Motors has been absolutely amazing! We fell behind a little and wasnt able to make payments or had only a partial payment, and they had absolutely no problem at all working with us. Angela is awesome she is the one who has helped us every time we didn't have a payment or only had part of it.
