We are not your typical used car dealership. Opened January of 2017 Scenic City Motors has been consistently providing quality used cars to the Chattanooga area. Owned by a 30 year retired teacher, Scenic City Motors strives to put out great vehicles at a great price point. We consistently put out vehicles priced very aggressively and we do it while selling quality vehicles.
All cars and trucks need regular maintenance and most will need repairs at some point due to normal wear and tear. Sometimes these repairs can be minor and sometimes they can be major. We work with Freedom Warranty based in Chattanooga, TN to provide our customers with a selection of vehicle service programs to help you keep your ownership experience as stress-free as possible.
We provide a free Carfax vehicle history report for every single automobile we sell. We do this because we believe that Carfax often provides information that is helpful to a used car shopper in making a decision. Carfax can provide very useful information, that being said Carfax is not without fault.

We bought a Ford Explorer from here. They claimed they had their mechanic check it out. Soon as we bought it we took it to ours and on the way have a blow out from a old tire on the car. Turns out all 4 tires are different sizes, it needed a new rear ended because the one that was in it was a different model/year, as well as it needed a new transmission. What a joke this place is. They had doctored up the car so much that the day we test drove it/bought it we couldn’t notice any of this. Stay far far away from here. $9k down the drain.

My son's car was totaled through no fault of his own. When I contacted Pam, she told me she had the perfect car for my son, and it was in our price range. A minor issue arose the day after our purchase, but Pam was very diligent in helping us resolve the problem. She really wants to make sure you have a good, reliable car. I purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze for my son's first car on Dec. 17th. It was an easy, no hassle experience thanks to Pam. She answered any questions I had and was honest in letting me know what repairs had been done to the car prior to my purchase. We did have a pesky coolant leak, but the business stuck by it's word to get it repaired at no cost to me. I bought my dream car from Scenic City Motors. It was a 2006 Subaru baja. A week after I bought it the Catalytic converter had to be replaced. They paid for half of the cost telling me they already put to much money into the car. A month or two in the engine died and now I am looking at Paying anywhere between 6k to 25k labor and parts. So now I have a giant loan on a yard ornament. I work two jobs and in school, the debt I am in now because of the card they sold me is ridiculous and because they “already lost money” I am stuck with more debt then the money they probably “lost” in fixing

So I must say that I have always been hesitant of buying a car from a used car lot. I have some trust issues with car salesmen, as I have been burned before. A mutual friend of mine told me about Scenic City Motors and told me how they treat you like family and only sell the highest quality used cars. Sounds too good to be true right? I thought so until I went down to their lot to check for myself. My friend wasn't lying, The Love family helped me pick out the perfect Subaru and even let me take it by my preferred mechanic to have it looked over. I could not believe how great of shape this vehicle
