My experience with Village Volkswagen was top notch. The service was superb starting with receptionist Amanda, to sales Kyle, to finance manager Robert and then Sales Manager Brian. They made sure we were happy with our purchase. No pressure and the process was in a timely manner. Would recommend them to all.

Every-time I have to deal with this dealership it is the most sketchy business I’ve ever interacted with, my vehicle had gone in for recall work and which I was told that I was going to get a call after the first of the year to let me know what the problem is. But the only reason it went to the dealership was to have the recall work done. I was told I do not get a vehicle to drive in the mean time and I had to pay at my own expense for a rental. I have dealt with recall related issues with other company’s several times in the past in which they do in fact give loaners or provide a rental due

The most unprofessional management I've ever dealt with.
The below response show the pathetic attitude of the dealership as a whole.
They failed to mention that after keeping my car 2 weeks on a factory recall, and without a phone call or any correspondence at all, I called them and they hadn't touched my car. This goes to poor management. I left it there on 11/2/21 and called them yesterday on 11/16/21; not 11/17/2021 as they posted. A full two weeks with no car and no correspondence.
They said they needed parts; any competent manager would have called and given a date to bring it back rather

Let me start by saying that I have been a customer with Village VW for quite a few years now and I have never had a bad experience here. Charolene Smith is an EXTRAORDINARY service manager. I have frequented the service department quite a bit over the years for an array of different things and as expected Charolene is always dependable, timely, and honest each time. When finding someone to service your car you always want someone who is 100% transparent with you and I can say Charolene has been nothing but that with me. I highly recommend to visit Village VW and see Charolene for all your service

I was quite unhappy with my last visit I went to.. I was told the last two times when going after even inquiries about rotating my tires that they were okay.... this seemed like it was fine even though I knew I drive fast so they definitely needed to be rotated... I got a flat tire and was told hey it's so worn you can not even patch the tire.... keep in mind these were new tires I had on the front after replacing the stock tires... so basically they put off rotating the tires so many times I am only at 45,000 miles and I'm on my THIRD SET OF TIRES!! While the rear tires are still stock from day

My daughter and I visited Village Volkswagen back in late July. She really liked the all new Taos. She traded in her 2015 Jeep Wrangler and drove the Taos home. After about 6 weeks we received a recall notice. Called to schedule to have car fixed, was told the earliest appointment was a couple weeks away. She told VW representative that she was about to take a trip to Gulf Shores Alabama and should she be worried. Rep told her no to worry and gave her a phone number to call in the event she had trouble. After he trip and several days back in forth to work, we took car in for what we thought was

Ashley Queen was the clerk which sold me my Jeep. She was polite and respectful... a perfect rep of the company. Even though she was new, she knew answers to my questions, and didn’t hesitate to find answers if she didn’t know them herself. I felt I could trust her, which means a lot to me. My Jeep is perfect! I couldn’t be happier!
