VERY Very very... untrustworthy.. Dishonest... WARNING they took my wife (77) and myself (76) for a ride with promises... They had our car almost 2 weeks we only got it back if we signed off to accept as is and pay for all repairs ourselves on a car 20 days old... Unforgivable

I'll make this short. We bought a 2018 Ford F150. Less than a week after we bought it, it had a major oil leak. Now 2 weeks after getting it back we are currently stuck IN OUR YARD and the 4 wheel drive isn't working and throwing up a code. We've not even made the first payment and have had 1 major problem and now another one. Buy an extended warranty or you'll get stuck with a piece of junk. I'm not done, I'm just getting started. Just wanted to get this out there.

Contacted them about a vehicle we were interested in. Told them how much we had to out dow. We were told if you tell me you on the way (we are 3 hours away) I'll hold the car. We say yes we are on the way and even completed paperwork online. Started to head down and get a call another agent sold the car. Then had the audacity to offer another car that was twice the amount of the one we were attempting to buy. If you are gonna tell your customers you will hold something, Either make sure others know so they dont sell it or make sure your coworkers arnt shady and sell out from under you.

We purchased a 2016 Ford Mustang from this dealership. We were not happy with the price based on the condition of the vehicle, the dealership did agree to negotiate which was great as most dealers don’t negotiate at all. However, after we got the car home we were swarmed with ants from a soft drink that was spilled in the back floor board of the driver side that was never cleaned just covered up with the floor mat. I was rather surprised to find that the dealership would sell a car that was infested with ants and not even fully cleaned. Even though they just got the car from auction, it seems

Grasshopper and Bailey helped me get a good truck. They said they would take care of a couple of little things that needed addressed on the truck. I took it to service a week later and they took care of it. They kept their word and for me, that means a lot. For that reason, I will recommend Mtn View 153! Thanks guys!

I realize you have many choice when it comes to purchasing a used vehicle. I can't reach some of you but I can reach a few - maybe enough to impact their lousy business.
My mother purchased a car Mid June '19. She is 82 years old and this was a major, last auto purchase for her. The sales associate was new, completely ignorant of the ins-and-outs of Mtn View 153 business, but the higher-ups just let her go to it. In all honesty, I have to say that the BUYING experience (under the circumstances) was straight-forward, quick and easy.

My husband and I went here after Economy Honda practically would not work within our budget at all. These guys know cars, they know people don't want to haggle with pricing - they mark everything as low as they can go and that is how they get the customers! John Harris was a breeze to work with and Jason Beasley worked hard to get us the best possible financing. When we look for a truck for my husband, this is the first place we are going!

I was car shopping over the weekend and was very impressed with Henry at Mountain View. He is knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and even though I didn't buy a car there, I was very impressed with his customer service. I work in luxury hospitality and am a tough customer and he hits all the marks. If I had more time this weekend and in the future, I would work with Henry again. He is upfront and I like that a lot.

I didn't care for the sales guy chastising me for revving the engine too much on the 2001 Mustang I was test driving (and bought), but I was really in love with the car. $499 paperwork fee seems excessive for buying a car in a cash transaction.
The purchase process itself was quick and smooth.
I enjoy the car, but I hadn't put 1,000 miles on it off the lot before I had to spend $400 replacing the intake manifold. Plus side, I learned to replace an intake manifold, plugs, wires, and thermostat on a 2001 Mustang. Downside, $400 on a car within a month of driving it off the lot for a

The atmosphere at Mountain View @153 is very laid back. The sales men are mostly older men who have a semi-retired demeanor, and dress comfortably in polo shirts and shorts in the summer. You can open any car on the lot and sit in, and just ask a salesman for the keys if you'd like to test drive. Our first time visiting this location, a friendly salesman named Henry approached us. I was all ready to get in my "car buying mode", but he was just letting us know the things I said above, and gave us his card. We test drove a few cars, talked a little in his office, but didn&apos

I was there on May 25th 2015 and I left with a car that day. The selection and no haggle experience made the entire moment enjoyable. My family and I were able to walk the entire car lot without a salesman pressuring us to buy and when we were ready to test drive we simply asked for the keys. The prices were kbb and edmunds comparable and there were tons to choose from. When it came down to picking a car I even left and went to the local dealer to see if they could give me a better deal. Suffice it to say I came back in half an hour because the actual dealer didn't have the model I had fallen

Buying a new car can seem like an overwhelming process. Mountain View @ 153 made it easy!
I emailed Internet Manager Randy Jones via TrueCar.com about a car on Sunday afternoon. Followed up with meeting first thing the next morning. Drove away with the car in less than 45 minutes. Will be my first stop the next time I'm ready to buy a car!
