I went in Tuesday 1/18/22 with my younger brother to find a resolution for my brothers 2020 Subaru Wrx. He had called Eric and let him know about what we had found prior to bring the vehicle in. We sent him pictures via email and eventually we had to bring it in. Went over there I show him the vehicle and STILL he couldn't see any damage. So I pointed out the very apparent STRUCTURAL damage to the deck lid of the vehicle as well as the atrocious paint job on the spoiler and was even able to find water in the floor of the trunk. Told me they wouldn't do anything

When the car became available, Peter called me and told me he would sell it at MSRP. I was psyched. But a couple days later, Peter told me the GM wanted to mark up the car. We were looking to buy a new car and booked NX350h with plug in option. Amanjeet Singh (AJ) guided with our purchase. There was very limited supply of these cars and AJ was able to reserve one of us. It didn't meet all the spec due to supply shortage, however we still found a very good car. He advise on financing was on the money. It's not often that you find a salesperson who is willing to answer any and all of your questions, dedicating time and energy and never asks for anything in return. I found that in Herman Samaniego, I called to inquire about a 22' model that isn't in dealerships yet and unfortunately for me Herman didn't have any allocated to him. Shopped around for a new NX and found Lexus of SC's deal compelling. Went in and met with Herman who gave me a full tour of the NX and a test drive. I turned my attention toward a used RX and he let me drive that as well. I wasn't convinced so Herman began guiding me towards a lease of a RX.
